During our stay at Villa Manuelina we visited the restaurant for lunch. The place is cozy and the dishes tasty. The service is extremely slow, and in our case the restaurant was almost empty, I imagine that it can be worse if the place is full.

Staying in Recco is a Challenge , to eat there is even worse . Somehow the city has a long tradition of forcaccio with milks cheese in big pizza serving as the servant cuts it into peaces. This places has had special prizes for this weird food, we went there for dinner. You walk into a cave from late 70,... More

We had a daily proposed menu and every dish that came to the table was better that the one before. I still can not decide which was the best one. I would have to choose between the bellow ones (but it's a hard task): Carpaccio di ricciola con pepe rosa e sale affumicato Cubo di alici marinate con verdure Cevice... More

Manuelina is a very good restaurant. You must try the focaccia!! (Great variety of gluten free options too !)restaurant needs to go back to the high standard quality it used to have as it used to have even better food.

I went there with my former girlfriend. We took the focaccia al formaggio. It was really good. The price was good and fair. Really advised!

Yes, the focaccia was still there and up to the task, as was the trophy al pesto. I had initially planned to eat all three nights that I would spend in the area there, not so after my first dinner. Maybe it was the cold bread, or the seasonal menu. Will give it a final try in October when the... More

My wife and I went for lunch on Saturday, September 13th to a place I have been going often for the past 45 (YES 45) years and even though I have also been going regularly in the past 10/12 years, I found the quality to be declining and not as good as it used to be. We had mouth-watering memories... More

Great Foccaccia and pizzetta. Staff was exceptionally accommodating! Love decor! Have eaten here many times and it never disappoints.

The service was ok, we were at noon so a little too early for the region, but were welcomed anyway, delicious olive oil and then we attacked the focaccia (cheese) which was simply heavenly. The recommended local wine was just perfect. Service was correct and friendly. When paying we were announced that their credit card terminal was out of order... More

We went here at the advice of some Italian friends. We ordered the Focaccia de Recco - note that this is not on the menu.. It was great focaccia with creamy cheese in the middle - I highly recommend it. Photo is attached.
