the food was extremely expensive and of very poor quality. The fried calamari was very soggy and bland, the chicken and lamb skewers had no flavour at all, the lamb chops were undercooked and the fries were also soggy. The meal also took a very...long time to arrive and was extremely disappointing. The person before us must also have thought so as the plant pot next to us contained a piece of chewed up food that had been spat out in a napkin. I'm sure that kebabs from a greek stall in city centre would be much much better. Upon asking for the bill, the staff stood around chatting.More
Recently, chic and overpriced Greek restaurants have been popping out all over Brussels. That, to my modest opinion (I am not a Greek food expert), is a spite to the traditional Greek dining even more than what the very Belgian petits os were 20 years...ago. Kriti is one of the few survivors in Place de Bethléem, and it's still very similar to 20 years ago, even though the petits os in one portion have reduced from 11/13 to 9.
The staff is friendly, they would offer a small starter at the beginning and a digestive at the end, and we really appreciated the fast service and the fact that they don't bother all the time. You can keep on chatting one hour after having finished eating and no one will start staring at you because you are still there.
The food is fine, quite a wide range of choises and big portions at a competitive price. They also deserve a thumbs up because I was able to pay with the Edenred card.More
We had just arrived after a 7 hour flight and our daughter took us here before going to our hotel. Service was helpful, drinks delivered in a timely fashion as did food shortly afterwards. 2 of us has the Mezé Plat and 2 had the...Calamar Grillé. The meze plat was okay, the calamari was excellent. I have never had such a large, well cooked piece of calamari. I hope to return for this again before we depart Brussels.More
This family represents the real Greek hospitality!
The food is very tasteful and the quality very high!
So the service is perfect and the staff has always a big smile for you!
Prefect place to escape from the boring Brussels ...
The most important is...value for money!
you need a reservation in advance !
Ps. Try petit os! This is a real flavour experience!More
I have been twice with a big group and both times food was disappointing. Meat was overcooked on the outside and raw inside, low quality ingredients for the Greek salad and the spreads they serve as a starter were not home made. On the positive...side the service and the atmosphere.More

Dear Chrysa, we are really sorry to hear that you were not pleased by our menu. However all our starters are homemade and we take pride in that. As we take very seriously all well intented customer feedback in order to make ourselves better, we...More
Needed a late afternoon lunch before heading to Charleroi airport and found this place (most close at 3pm). Terace outside, overlooking a small square, nice. Service was slow, people/staff friendly (seems like a family run place), the food was average. As they did not have...and English menu, I decided for meze (a mixed platter) which had lots of salads/vegetables, bad calamari and a nice tatziki.More
We have had supper here quite a few times and we've loved it every time. The food is freshly prepared and you always get a lovely salad selection. The service is professional and friendly. We will be back.
Being in Brussels for the last 4 weeks I was searching for a place to taste original Greek cuisine and Kriti certainly did not disappoint me.
The moment you step your foot in the restaurant, a gastronomic trip to Greece begins!. The service is excellent...and very fast while everything I have tasted so far was very close to the original Greek recipes. The variety of the dishes is very big and the prices are affordable.
The atmosphere is also very nice as the owners like to pay attention to details and to smile a lot.
I would definitely suggest Kriti not only to people that want to enjoy a Greek dish but to everyone who wants to spend quality time over lunch or dinner.More
