We enjoy the fries here and will pick some up every so often. They also offer up a whole range of fried things, my favorite being the sausage that reminds me of BBQ bologna back home. We have hit the kiosk after an evening out for drinks more than once during our stay in Brussels!

This is a standard Belgian friterie, with some of the best frites in Brussels, and at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and very efficient.

They serve the best fries in Brussels. You may have to wait a little depending on who is working that day but people are willing to wait for the quality of fries. They also have a wide selection of meats, sauces etc Try the mitraillette: French bread with your choice of meat, sauce and fries. Not for the faint hearted.

I would go back time and again with friends to get the frites here, with any sauce you like (cocktail is the tradition I believe). Quick and delicious! A delicious warming snack for when you've finished walking around the Saturday market...

This is "the place" to get frites in Stokkel Square; there is always a line and it is worth the wait. Cooked to order and served with salt, ketchup or mayonaise.

Horrible. To be avoided at all cost. Got a Mitraillette yesterday. No Sauce, no crudite, horrible Fries. And 4.8€ is not quite a bargain for that. Never again.

It is absolutely not a restaurant, but a Belgian street food located in a quiosque. It is serving fries and in addition some inedible stuff shaped to resemble real sausages and meat. Knowing that the fat commonly used in Belgium to fry the "pommes frites" consists of a beef tallow conserved with silicone (pardon: it's exactly "polymethylosiloxane") I wish everybody... More

Not overly fast but after seeing often lines of people waiting, we decided to give it a try. So, it's just fried...well...lots of things are possible but we went with just frites. Quite good. Of course nicely done hot fries are always good. Not too much salt either and good choice of sauces but all the usual ones really. They... More

Coming out of Stockel Cinema walking back to the car, its become quite a routine for us to pick up some 'frites' from this friterie on Place Dumont. Always fresh, crispy, and somehow just right. Our no.1 friterie in Brussels (and having 2 hungry teenagers, we've tried a few!). Only downside is that its so good, there's usually a queue... More
