There has been a significant increase in the number of Mexican food places in Brussels in the past years - which is great! ChezWaWa has fresh ingredients, good portions and fast service! I would recommend eating from here! We had 2 burritos: - Roll-Your-Own-Way Grande:...Naked burrito (great to have this option) with chicken, brown rice, black beans and shredded lettuce; - Burrito Pequeño with chips and guac, chicken, black beans, medium spicy sauce (not really spicy!), sour cream, shredded cheese and lettuce. The prices are decent 10-14 EUR depending on your choice of ingredients.More

We are regular customers of Chez Wawa and for having tried the few other cali-mex cantina that are in town, chez Wawa is by far the best quality there is to find. The ingredients are always very fresh and tasty. Also we like the fact...that you can chose different fillings for each taco unlike other places where you have get 3 taco’s with the same filling. I am not vegetarian, yet I would strongly recommend the tofu, it is delicious. The service is usually fast and friendly. The concept is perfect if you want some quality food on the go. I have been coming here again and again with the family. We love the choice (given that we have some dietary restrictions), the taste, the quality of (local) ingridients and the service. Also, there are vegan options and free tap water! Our family's favorites are:...the buritto and the soft tacos.More

We visited Brussels with a group of friends that we hadn’t seen for years. We all love Mexican food so we went to ChezWaWa. Everything we ate was excellent! I personally had a Naked Burrito with Barbacoa and a second one with Carnitas. The tortillas...were really fresh and the chipotle mayonnaise was fantastic! It’s a great, casual place to eat!More

Great place if you want to have something good quickly and with the option to choose exactly what you want in your dish. Several vegetarian options and big servings offer good value for money. Very tasty, friendly service, and the place clearly considers sustainability factors...by e.g offering free water in glasses (no plastic).More

This week I went back to the restaurant to 'try again' one of my formerly favourite dishes. On this occasion; it was a Takeaway but, nevertheless the food was back to the standard the Restaurant achieved before the Christmas break. No doubt; my previous experience...was an aberration. We have ordered through Deliveroo on several occasions now and we have been generally pleased with the food we have received. However, yesterday evening we placed an order for one of our favourite dishes which was delivered a little faster than usual. We were surprised...to find that the composition of the dish was quite unlike anything that we had previously received from this establishment before. In fact; it is fair to say that the food was awful, tepid and badly prepared. There must be an explanation for such a rapid drop in quality and standards but, I am not sure what that could be. I guess that from here on in it is probably better to go there personally and see how the dishes are completed. Or, simply not order from them in the future.More

I live close by and this is one of my go-to restaurants when I feel like a relaxed, quick, rather health and cheap bite! There's a lot of restaurants in this area, but almost none with price and service level of ChezWaWa. The ingredients are...fresh and locally sourced (they have a "GoodFood" certification from the city), there's choice for meat-eats or vegetarians and service is always fast and friendly.More
