What a shame this was only a 3 star experience as it promised so much! Lovely day, sitting outside in sun in pretty village and pint of peroni, sparkling water and bowl of chips only £5.95. But the chips took half an hour to bring despite a gentle nudge to barmaid after 20. Get the timing in the kitchen right... More

Gutted new people have taken this pub over, Adrian & Nicola had really sorted the place out, It's back to its rubbish food, untidy beer garden, and awful service. Won't be in a hurry to return.

visited on a Sunday afternoon, ordered food for 3 people. Pub didn't seem overly busy and there was no indication that there would be a delay on ordering at 4.09pm. I had to chase up the food order and it arrived at 5.25pm. No apology for the delay or explaination. The quality of the food was excellent however.

We wanted a quick lunch between walking on Kinver Edge and one of our party doing the school run. The White Harte suited our purpose. Large car park to the side where a fee of £1.00 is charged but refunded by the Inn taking it off food or drinks bill when you produce the duplicate ticket. The interior is large... More

We only stopped in for a drink after leaving a nearby restaurant, but felt that it was worthy of taking the time to write a review, because we were from out of town, but made to feel welcome by the bar staff, just a friendly vibe from the pair of them, and that can make all the difference!

My son visited this pub at 9.30 to 11.30 pm a few weeks ago, I have since received a parking fine for £100, as he was driving my car. What a rip off. Paying parking to visit their pub, I don't think so. Needless to say my family and I will NOT be going there again.

Over £150 is a bit pricey in my opinion for a couple of pints an a bite to eat, I could have lived with the cost of the food and drinks, and would have most likely have returned many more times in the near future , BUT, when the £100 parking fine arrived a couple of weeks later for parking... How a pub can change when management move on. We wrote a review on this pub about 5 months ago. Glowing feed back. The management has now changed to relief management 3-4 in less then 2 weeks. Unbelievable This pub has died on its feet. 15 minutes to get served when only 6 people at the bar. Unbelievable. Ran. Out... More

I have used the white Harte many many times over the last 15 years, and have always enjoyed it. However on my last visit in March 2016 I was issued with a penalty for £100. I find this disgusting as I am disabled and I displayed my blue badge correctly when I parked in the pubs own disabled bay. There... More

Awful place, don't even bother going. After an awful meal you then win a £100 parking charge for paying to visit the pub.
