Ok, what other people said are true. It's a little pricey, the melon isn't the best you can have in Hokkaido, but it's a very good experience for that price! Relative to the prices in Hokkaido, I'd say the price is pretty reasonable.
This makes a great stop after a long drive. The ice cream is yummy and the melon was sweet and juicy (mine was a bit over ripe). Its much better than the lavender ice cream which is also famous in Furano. Highly recommended.
Hokkaido is famous for its melons and I wanted to try a fresh one, here you get a piece of melon with ice cream (can be melon ice cream if you want) and they're very tasty and are served with a cute sharp spoon.
