We stopped at this pub whilst following the Lynmouth Watersmeet circular path. Excellent beer and gastropub food. We had the Devonshire rarebit, gnocchi and rump steak ciabatta. All excellent. Would fully recommend this pub.

me and mu husband walked from lynmouth up waters meet and over the trail path to reach this pub, great cake and coffee, some wonderful friendly little dogs in there and a super roaring fire burning didn't want to leave, great pub.
We had a lovely meal here. I had a curry which was delicous and my husband had the lamb shank. Both were piping hot and very filling. The menu isn't particulary extensive, but there is something to suit all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful.
