Delicious food, excellent service and a stunning view! We had the Beef tartare, scallops, chicken, cheese croquettes and shrimps and they were all mouth watering. Our waiter, Jimmy, recommended a bottle of wine in our price range and it was one of the best we’ve had on the island don’t let the outside of the restaurant put you off, we nearly drove past!

We had a lovely meal at Madame Sousou, The food was imaginative, beautifully presented and delicious, and very reasonably priced given the quality. The view from our table near the window was spectacular and our waitress was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit and we’ll definitely be back!

The taste of the food, the timing of the serving, the location, the kindness of the staff, everything was just amazing.　
I came to the restaurant with a Japanese couple who could barely speak English, but I was truly impressed by the kind response they gave me, speaking slowly with simple words and explaining the ingredients while showing me images on their smartphones.
The food wasn't big enough to order, so it was fun, all equally delicious.
Perhaps because of the restaurant in Pyrgos, a village slightly away from the tourist destination, I was able to spend a very elegant Saturday night without crowding.
Recommendation for everyone staying in Santorini.

They we're really helpfull in informing, choosing and (if wanted) changing the dishes if possible to suit our needs because of allergies and pregnancy.

Great greek tapas food in a lovely setting. Plenty of delicious dishes to choose from and great friendly helpful service that will guide you through the menu and advise you accordingly.

Thank you to the staff. Everyone was really friendly.
The lady who served us at our table explained everything perfectly and gave us some facts about Santorini that we didn’t know. She was very friendly and the service was 10/10! The food was amazing!! Lots of Tapas style small plates so my husband and I shared a few different options on the menu. Everything we tried was fantastic! Well done to the team that make it as amazing as they do.

Lovely views of the sunset and lovely place. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Greek tapas, so ordered a few plates of different things. Everything was so tasty. Mash was very creamy and the beef was tender. Very filling as even though they were small plates, they were good portions. They brought each plate out one by one, whereas I think it would have been better to have had it all in one go so could mix and match the dishes.

We were greeted at the door by our server and invited inside because it was a very windy day. Luckily this did not compromise the views as they have a glass panel wall. The food, tapas style, was delicious, very flavorful, with unique twists on classics. Local wine was delicious and so was my Greek Paloma cocktail. The meal was finished off with some delicious homemade dessert and limoncello. Definitely come to enjoy the meal, views, and overall ambience and service!

From the warm hospitality to the delicious food, this quaint little restaurant was the perfect spot to watch the sunset!
Aris was our gracious host and made us feel welcome during our honeymoon.
The DJs for the evening were the Homegrown Brothers, who provided the perfect ambiance.

Veramente una bella cena!
The restaurant offers various dishes in tapas format (tastes) but does not skimp at all on the portions.
The dishes were really tasty, taking up the tradition but always in a revisited perspective.
I loved their croquettes (try them!!) but also the moussaka.
The view was really nice but, being too windy, we preferred to eat inside.
The place is cozy and the staff is very nice and prepared.
The price is in line with the quality offered and the standards of the island.

At this location you have a perfect overview of the island, with Oia and Fira a little closer in the distance.
You can also photograph the sunset here, indoors or outdoors.
The food is traditionally prepared with the greatest care, I think it is a hidden gem and it is not busy.

We visited at the end of June, as a Greek friend of us recommended the place. The view from the porch is wonderful at sunset, but it is likely spectacular at any time of the day.
A great view, though, is not supposed to be the only reason why you choose a restaurant. And while in Santorini often the perception is that the customer needs to decide to pick either the view or great food (or, third option: go to the few very expensive restaurants offering both), Madame Sousou does not call for compromises.
They opened few months ago. It is a small, yet beautiful, "tapas" restaurant, in which you can order many different dishes (maybe to share) and with a decent selection of wine. Everything seemed appetizing from the menu, but we asked for suggestions to our waiter, who gave us really the best advices. Everything was colorful, well plated, tasty and made with somewhat unexpected combinations.
Price was in line with Santorini's average, which means it's a very good value: you'll get attentive service, very good food, nice view, for "average money" (again: average for Santorini :-p)

What an incredible food, service and environment! From the very first moment our host recommended this place to us and we proceeded with a reservation..a bit late dinner because of the time of the sunset. During June is closer at 21:00. Great variety of wines, beers, cocktails and of course “tsipouro”, a traditional local drink.
The food was splendid!! No words spoken..

I just experienced the greatest authentic Greek tapas with incredible service from the sweetest woman giving us the best recommendations on the menu. Every dish has been mastered with quality and it instantly took me home with the best flavors of every dish on the menu! I loved this hidden gem in a secluded hill top with views that you can gaze out for hours of the sun kissed golden sunsets that later turns the whole city lights twinkling under the stars. I definitely say it is very romantic or you can always definitely go with family and friends either way you will not be disappointed once you try the food!

Madame Sousou was the perfect space for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The team created the most intimate and beautiful ambiance. We really wanted to have a rehearsal dinner that was lively and more like a party, rather than a traditional, stuffy sit-down meal. And Madame Sousou delivered! So much thought was put into the event, from the decor to the delicious food, wine, and specialty cocktails. The staff also went above and beyond to ensure everyone always had a drink and was being taken care of. We will absolutely be returning to Madame Sousou the next time we visit Greece.
