We visited the Falcon whilst staying at Tylney Hall and we were not disappointed. The food is excellent and the staff were so welcoming. We enjoyed it so much we returned the next day for more. Special mention should go to the Wagyu beef burger and the Rotherwick Fizz, a very delicious drink! Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

I went for a meal after work with a couple of friends this week. The waitress/bar attendant is lovely but that is all there is good about this pub. The food was not great, the dessert was most disappointing where it was supposed to be meringues and strawberries and you could hardly see the DROPs of meringues. Never seen anything... More

We called in here on a Sunday evening after finding the original pub we had set off to had closed down a while ago and the Coach and Horses in Rotherwick was closed on a Sunday evening. The Falcon was the next pub we passed. There were only 6 of us in there when we arrived so it was very... More

Visited today for a meeting, very welcoming staff and superb attentive service. The food was particularly good and was served timely and hot . So many places get these basics wrong and it was a pleasant surprise to have a stress free meal. Definately be visiting again soon !

We visited this pub whilst away for the weekend in the local area. We had looked before we went as we had the dogs with us and I have several food intolerances. We had driven into Hook to pick up a few bits and had decided to pop in for a drink as it was a lovely day. We ended... More

This is a lively pub in a beautiful setting. We had meat plates and vegan plates. They were both good but I thought a bit pricey. It is a good local pub with good food and I will visit again.

I have eaten here a number of times and the food is very good but pricey. On our visit the service was very slow, this was due to higher than expected walk in customers rather than bookings. There was a limited menu, one of this left and one of that and as not all of us wanted fish we asked... More

Country village pub nicely presented, friendly staff and good menu. The venison was excellent, tasty and well cooked. The rib eye was a little fatty but again very tasty and the peppercorn sauce complemented nicely. Service was good, prices sensible and the Hogback ale very good. The pub feels homely and the menu is varied with enough choice to make... More

Thank you for a lovely lunch today. Wonderful food, excellent service and attention to detail. We were out to celebrate my husbands birthday with a young family and a dog, we felt very relaxed. My girls ordered hot chocolates for pudding and they came out the perfect temperature for them to drink. Lots of choice on the menu and fab... More

Visited again on Sunday for lunch on Father's Day and it was lovely. Roast beef was really good and plenty of it.. Hubby had the venison and he was pleased with that. Great atmosphere. Well worth seeking out. It's good.
