Popped in out of the blue for a meal and wasn't sure what to expect from a cafe in a park. Well I wasn't disappointed! The restaurant is extremely clean, family friendly and the food is fantastic. I ordered the burger which you could tell had been handmade in the kitchen. We also ordered one of the salad which looked... More

Thank you so much, we love to hear that we have exceeded expectations. We are very proud of these two dishes, like everything on our menu, entirely made in our kitchen. We are pleased too that you found us reasonably priced, we really aim to be good value. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Carly More

I can't blame the staff for the heatwave obviously but it was much, much too hot to sit in the cafe and no seating left outside. My Girlfriend had a cider that she said was delicious and I had a brownie that was nice. I would have liked there to be a bigger range of choice BUT it was very... More

Cashier barely spoke English and didn't understand the order, therefore leaving items off the transaction prolonging our stay. Do not order the scone, as its dry as a nuns... No toilet paper in the toilet, so it was drip dry time... Menus are faded and illegible. Ambience of a school canteen.

How disappointing to read your email, especially as you didn't let us know at the time that you weren't happy. Sorry to hear that you felt our cashier barely spoke english. We are lucky enough to have a real mixed team here, all of whom we feel speak English well enough to communicate, sorry if this wasn't the case on... More

Hired the private room for an afternoon party. A much nicer setting for this kind of occasion than a formal hotel and thoroughly enjoyed by adults and kids alike. Food was great and service friendly and efficient . Thanks to Carly and the team for putting on a great event

nice area to sit and chat before your walk, coffee ok, the room has atmosphere, lots of wood, tables, chairs, flooring - could lead to it being a little noisy when it is very busy, so we sat outside. came back after our walk around the aquadrome, it is very convenient place. had the burger which was very nice indeed,... Took my 15 yr old for lunch as an end of school year treat. Long queue to order then waited 45 monutes for food to arrive. Took one bite of my burger and realised it was raw inside, the blood ran from it. I asked for it to be changed and it came back 20 mts later and had been... More

Hello Firstly thank you for giving your feedback, we always appreciate the time taken. On some days we do have up to a 45 minute wait which we always explain during the queue and at the time of ordering. It is something we are always looking at improving and we always have plenty of savoury and sweet snacks available on... More

Fab food, always great service. We can't resist a visit to the cafe every time we walk the dog, the kids love the hot chocolate and cookies and the carrot cake is a personal gave.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are very proud of our hot chocolate, we melt Callebaut dark and milk chocolate into our local milk from Harefield. It's proper hot chocolate. So glad your kids are enjoying it. Carly More
