it is difficult to fault the service at Le Manoir. However it is extremely expensive so one could argue you shouldn't have to! The hotel I have to say is over priced. It is luxurious but tired rooms. This is a shame and somewhat overshaddows...the good value for money quisine. We are very spoilt living in London but this is beyond doubt good cooking with seasonal ingredients. If I had just gone to eat I would say it is value for money but staying is very over priced. I will be back for lunch/dinner but not to stay unless prices are drastically reduced. N.B. due to covid we had to stay at this time.More

Superb the attention to detail was first class, and the food was sublime. My favourite being the mushroom risotto.

Six course tasting lunch - magnifique! Perfection on a plate. Not cheap but a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing and COVID precautions exemplary. Have a walk around the gardens after your meal and view the sculptures and metal architecture - beautiful. Multiple EV charging...points (2.2kw NewMotion/Shell) in the car park!More

We booked here for our 30th Wedding anniversary. It was amazing. Our room was upgraded to a Junior Suite. the quality of decor and fixtures and furnishings was superb. The food in the restaurant was the best we've ever eaten. Wine pairings were perfect. And...service throughout was just outstanding. Cant recommend highly enough for a special occasion.More

In Sept 2020, I was lucky enough to be taken here to celebrate my 60th Birthday/Retirement. From the minute we arrived at the gatehouse, where we were greeted by the charming Kim to the minute we left, we were treated to extremely high levels of...customer service: highly knowledgeable, friendly yet not intrusive as one would expect We had a 5 course taster lunch which was fantastic: how they can raise a Pistou soup to that level amazed me. The gardens who are designed by Chris Beardshaw, are beautiful with elegant statues dotted about ( including one inspired but Raymond!) . I would recommend making time before or after the meal to look round, especially the Japanese garden All in all, it was not just a meal in a restaurant it was an experience I will never forget.More

Maybe visit the website or contact the hotel. We only had dinner. You can only have dinner if you are staying at the hotel. Don’t know if that’s the case for lunch.

Booking for lunch you can do via the website. Click on the heading 'Dining' where you can find sample lunch menus and booking. You can also do it by telephone. You can spend a good hour walking around the beautiful gardens... More
