As a local I've never ever encountered such a dish as bean jar on toast. To me, Bean Jar is to be served in a bowl, with maybe bread on the side, but on toast, and with cheese on top too? But my daughter assures me it was good. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The food was... More

The 71 bus only runs an hourly service. Having bought a new ring from Clive Russell jewellers my wife and I had quite a long wait so popped in here. Very friendly staff. The gache and tea we ordered were served quickly and were not expensive.

Popped here for a very quick lunch, wanted a simple sandwich. We were greeted by a waitress who didn't seem to know what was going on, the restaurant was practically empty yet she still seemed flustered about finding us a table. We looked at the menu and it was all very posh/elaborate food, we explained to the waitress and apologised,... More

What a find, shame its next to the best jewellers on guernsey, which makes the visits expensive lol. Food here is exquisite, i had the best surf and turf eve, wife had guinea fowl and again superb. Also became our favourite spot for coffee n cakes, marvelous Staff are great, friendly, courteous and helpful.

This place gets great reviews for its lunchtime meals and its lovely garden location but nobody says much about its evening meals. Well I can tell you they are just as good, if not better, than their lunchtime meals. The subtle evening lighting in its cabin style décor makes for a very cosy feeling. The staff were attentive and food... More

After spending the day exploring the island by bicycle decided that I would investigate this bistro. Very nice grounds adjacent to the airport. Found a nice outdoor table in a suntrap and perused the menu. Had a nice meal of seabass with stir fry veg and new potatoes, this was proper food done well, perfectly cooked and presented. I did...
