Very nice and warm welcome. Fine selection of food and it tastes great. My highlights were the Goat cheese starter and the orange Panna Cotta for desert. Thank you for the greatevening

We ended up in Thalhof by accident in the last evening on our trip to the Alps. The restaurant totally saved the almost lost reputation of the Austrian kitchen. Thx to the Thalhof for making the last holiday dinner so great. A very lovely and authentic interier and what a super service with smiles all the way. And even thou its a cousine menu, they also had some low key meals for the kids...(Ages 10 and 4). We (the adults) had a superior creamy an tasty risotto and the angus steak was medium rare to perfektion. A sure 5 star. Price for the whole family, beverages included, 82 euros.More

I came here with 3 of my friends for dinner. No problems with the reservation. Very friendly Lady. The wife if the Owner. We got a very nice table for 4, The Chef was here. And he welcomed us in Person. The waitress was very...proffesionell. Very well informed about the food and the wines. Dinner was all in proper timing and the food was outstanding, quality wise and taste wise. And the atmosphere in the restaurant had been very nice. Not loud and we could feel. This is without doubt one of the best restaurants in the region. Lovely mixture of Austrian and Italian cuisine. The dishes (tuna tartar with wasabi mayonaise, shrimps with avocado, tagliatelle with gorgonzala, duck breast and veal with 'speck' and soft sheep cheese) we had, were...delicious. Predominantly Austrian wines on the wine menu. We drank a Riesling from Wachau and a Zweigelt from Weingut Kerschbaum. Very friendly staff. We had a great evening.More

Thalhof is a special place. my family have been going there for years on special occasions. its one of these places that you go to for a real treat. Klaus and his staff always make you feel welcome. Great Food and wine. ill be back...in january for sure. bis bald...More

We go frequently when we're in town and it's by far the best cuisine. The menu is limited but excellent. They always have a good selection of fish dishes as well, not just meat and traditional Austrian. Excellent wine list. Impeccable, friendly and actually very...helpful service.More
