Amazing roast dinner, lovely wine and excellent service. After lunch we were able to soak up the afternoon sun in the courtyard with a cold glass of rose before a little stroll along the beach. Great food, great day!

Visited and had prebooked for four ladies-that-lunch on a wet weekday. We all had indifferent baguettes at £6 each. Was hard to work out whether we got table service or not (mostly not) and to be honest a smile from the staff doesn’t actually cost...More

The Sunday Roasts here are excellent. Big portions and excellent quality. The staff are friendly and attentive and the pub itself is in a great location. Worth a visit if you’re a tourist or a local.

I visited The Plough Inn for lunch on Saturday (10 March 2018) with a friend who knew it - I had never been. It's located just off (right) the High Street by the village pond. It was quiet when we arrived (12pm) but got quite...More

When visiting place, after along absence, it is good to ask if anything has changed. The Plough Inn itself remains popular with locals and tourists alike and still maintains a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The exciting menu is imaginative and offers considerable range & desire to...More

You should contact the plough directly. Food is usually very good. We had one bad experience in the past few years but generally good pub grub. Nice atmosphere and very friendly.
