Couldn't wait to get back to this place. We knew we were going to be in the area for a couple of days and made the effort to visit again. Never disappointing in the slightest. We arrived early and decided to park up and go for a walk first on the Saturday morning, it was a beautiful day and hot... More

After being moved to a quiet table at no trouble to the staff the meal was fantastic 3 of us had the Sunday Lunch and I had a vegetarian cheese and broc. Dish. The puddings are to die for. Check out the menu. Great if you want to eat inside or outside. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We ate the Fishermans platter for £14.50 and a Burger for £9.95. The platter had a good variety of seafood and could have served two if you purchased chips to share. The Burger was very tasty and the side salad included sliced peppers, cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce with a dressing. The chips unfortunately were very greasy and almost soggy. Not... More

Took friends for a meal in the oldest thatched pub in Lincolnshire, very pleasant staff and they are very attentive. The food is nicely presented and plentiful. Overall a lovely village pub and restaurant that is well worth a visit.

We had a vegetarian coeliac in our group on Friday evening and the staff here couldn't have been more helpful, they came to the table to advise and made a meal specially suited to her needs. All food was freshly prepared, tasty and reasonable value for money. The beer was good too.....

Three of us decided to go from work one evening. Good thing we booked as within an hour or so every table was taken (on a weekday evening). The staff were lovely and friendly and were so helpful - when we couldn't decide what starters we wanted they produced a platter that we could all share. My friends then had... More

I had Sunday Lunch here last weekend. The pub is picturesque and the garden is delightful to sit in and enjoy your meal. The Mackeral fish cake was delicious and the traditional meat meals plentiful. The only let down was that one of the party had stone cold mashed potato and the waitress was not 100% on the job, returning... More

I took my parents here for a lunchtime treat and it was worth the 40 minute drive. The pub looks amazing from the outside, situated in the quaint village of Tealby. The friendly greeting on arrival was very nice. A particular thank you to the excellent waitress who was super effiicient and very chatty throughout our visit. The menu is... More
