Lovely place with great food and good selection of well-kept ales. And dog friendly! Visited today for Saturday lunch. I had pork, apple & cider bangers and mash toad-in-the-hole style with seasonal veg (carrots, green beans, red cabbage) served with onion gravy. Very, very tasty. Hubby had a half baguette with sausages served with delicious chips and side salad. He... More

Visited recently for an early dinner with our 7 year old. Parking on site is ample, good selection of beers, ales & ciders. Food was quick to come and filling. Staff courteous if a little unavailable (most likely because they were held up by a bar full of locals). Usual pub favourites and some nice specials that seem to be... More

We popped into the pub just for a few drinks. The young barmaid ( I think her name way molly) was very polite and pleasant to talk to. We asked for a menu to look at for another time which she gave us, the food that was coming out looked and smelled lovely. We had a nice chat to the... More

Nice piece of old pub this, right in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Good stop off for a thirst quencher whilst on your travels. Only had a drink, but the food smelled and looked great, would eat here if passing again. Friendly staff and locals.

We'd heard big things about The Blacksmith's Arms so our first visit had a lot to live up to, but they rose to the challenge. A really lovely country pub, run by a friendly, efficient and - if I might say so - gorgeous team, The Blacksmith's Arms would be a great place to go just for a drink. But... More

I had read the one or two negative reviews so made a pre-visit to the Blacksmith's Arms prior to 17 family members gathering yesterday for lunch - Sunday 28th August. On both occasions we couldn't have asked for more! The pub is in a wonderful location and the sun shone! Nigel (the Landlord) was very helpful and friendly prior to... More
