We popped into the pub just for a few drinks. The young barmaid ( I think her name way molly) was very polite and pleasant to talk to. We asked for a menu to look at for another time which she gave us, the food that was coming out looked and smelled lovely. We had a nice chat to the... More

Nice piece of old pub this, right in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Good stop off for a thirst quencher whilst on your travels. Only had a drink, but the food smelled and looked great, would eat here if passing again. Friendly staff and locals.

We'd heard big things about The Blacksmith's Arms so our first visit had a lot to live up to, but they rose to the challenge. A really lovely country pub, run by a friendly, efficient and - if I might say so - gorgeous team, The Blacksmith's Arms would be a great place to go just for a drink. But... More

I had read the one or two negative reviews so made a pre-visit to the Blacksmith's Arms prior to 17 family members gathering yesterday for lunch - Sunday 28th August. On both occasions we couldn't have asked for more! The pub is in a wonderful location and the sun shone! Nigel (the Landlord) was very helpful and friendly prior to... More

The starter we had was disappointing. The steak is delicious and there was enough to eat, but the pub needs a revamp .The toilets are quite bad I would have eaten if I had seen the toilets first.

Called in with some friends after hearing good things. Turned out to be a good call. Lovey little pub, good food, village pub atmosphere, excellent beer (and wine, not that I was drinking) 4 of us all had a 3 course meal. Crispy mushrooms followed by lasagne. Ended with cheese board. All delicious and with good service. Will defiantly be... More
