Really nice food , however overpriced for what you get. The food was really nice however could have been bigger portions and more taste for the price.

A fabulous 🤩 evening in this restaurant - stunning decor. The best mojitos on the island - I had more than I should've! Waited on by the very efficient Shan(sp). Meals were divine. The restaurant was very elegant and a place to savour the experience.

Outdoor ,pleasantly decorated , attentive service . Designed for tourists but food was excellent fresh . Albeit chilli crab was too hot and spicy . Wonderful tiger prawns and squid fresh ! Price was reasonable . Coconut milkshake a must to try ! Would go...again but ask for not too spicy on chilli crab as it was way too hot than should have beenMore

Looks Great but the food is a bit tasteless. We had the fried squid, scalops and fried seafood rice. The pineapple juice was ok. The garlic bread was 3 slices but made with sweet bread.

please don't go to this restaurant if you want a leisurely evening meal. We were three adults who like to enjoy a drink and then order, first our starters, then take our time choosing our mains etc. We were told we had to hurry up...that there would be a rush of people and we might not get our order. We over heard the owner telling the waiters to hurry tables along who hadn't yet ordered. We left at 9; 00pm and there were still empty tables!More

Putumayo Restaurant in Langkawi offers a unique and romantic dining experience with delicious food, generous portions, and reasonable prices. The service is excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Langkawi.

A must-visit when in Langkawi. The beer is cold, the food is fresh and outstanding, and the service is excellent. We enjoyed a very tasty two-course meal with drinks (beer) for $60AUD - RM180. Our favourites were the calamari with curry leaves and the duck...and mango which we had as a main meal. We also enjoyed the prawn crackers (served with fish and prawns), vegetables and rice. We loved this place and will return.More

Amazing experience! Food and service over the top. The seafood was so tasteful and fresh. A must visit if you are in Langkawi.

My husband and I ended up eating here on all three occasions that we went into Cenang. Tasty food, efficient service and good value.

A lot of the restaurants on this strip are fairly rough and ready, more like cafes. The Putomayo is the exception - good service, clean tables, tasty food. No, it is probably not the cheapest option, but assuming you actually want a pleasant meal out,...with enjoyable food, you should try this one.More

Really lovely atmosphere with friendly staff, I chose Indonesian Butter Chicken as we had eaten a lot of fish in recent days and it was really lovely. Service was quick and attentive, the outside dining was pleasant and a really good people watching spot. Would...definitely recommend but the later you dine the harder it is to get a table. Enjoy!More

Location is good, prawns are fresh and taste good. Lamb is okay quite hard to bite. Vegetables are okay. Definitely will come for more seafood ❤️

Despite the other reviews we had a really poor experience. Long wait to be served poor quality of the food. I had the fresh whole fried fish supposed to be a speciality but it was poor with a sauce that felt like it was pre...prepared and sickly sweet. And it was by far the most expensive meal we have had in Langkawi for the worst quality. Felt like they were playing on the fact they have a good location and it looks clean for the western clients. My advise go to a couple of doors up the road to a better seafood restaurantMore

Some of the best food we had when I. Malaysia. Can’t fault any of the dishes, we had duck, chicken, tiger prawns, salt & pepper squid, noodles, steamed rice. Definitely recommend. 5 ⭐️

We have a group of 13 of us and had a lovely meal. Highlights were the tiger prawns! Good and fast service. I’m not sure if the wines are cellared properly. We had a NZ Sauvignon Blanc and it was a little bitter. But great...food!More
