We tried this place for breakfast as nothing else was really open after Hari Raya n it showed decent feedback in their reviews 🤔 The coffee n drinks were great but the food was very average n overpriced for what you get... The omelette n...bread was ok, the Farmers Choice breakfast was overloaded with pepper n tasteless, the so called chicken sausage was a frankfurter that was like chewing on a rubber ball n the beans were not good at all... Friendly cafe. Can't actually rate much of the gf, because I had an omelette. The slice of bread that came with that was salty but good. But if you need gf food, there aren't that many places in Malaysia

My daughter has multiple food allergies, and Red Tomato came up on the list on my internet search for restaurant/cafe that serves gluten free meals. Boy! they did not disappoint. Tanya the chef was amazing. She took the time to come out and meet us...on a very busy day, to discuss what dietary requirements my daughter had and what she can cook for my daughter. The food was super delicious and we ended visiting the restaurant a few times. Even though the wait can be a bit long due to a shortage of staff, but the delicious food made up for it, especially for my daughter! The restaurant ambience is great, and the staff - accommodating and friendly. My trip to Langkawi was made memorable due to Red Tomato being able to serve special diet meals for my daughter. Came to visit because of good review I saw online, as the reviews claim that the owners/staffs are friendly and the food are great. Although the food was great, I order farmers choice with a very flavorful taste, the staff (or the owner) however were...not as friendly as the reviews claim. I had to ask for the menu myself, being greet by very indifferent manner while ordering as well. Not happy with the experience though the food was good.More

Never again. Taking an hour for an icelemon tea and serving others that came 45min after us first. We can see the workers not doing much behind the bar. Will never return here.

We came here after seeing the good reviews on trip advisor. we were not disappointed, and the place deserves its high ratings. An English or continental breakfast is a must, especially if you want something different than nasi lemak. The lattes and bean coffee were...very good quality. Recently had a chance to visit the Pantai Cenang area in Langkawi and was pleased to see the Red Tomato restaurant was not only still open but thriving! This restaurant is very unique place to eat with great food and great staff. The owner, Tanya,...is a very personable and pleasant lady who manages to cook up some very delicious dishes. We ate there twice in a 4 day stay and both times, had some very delicious food and the young waiter was very accomodating and energetic. Highly recommend the Red Tomato restaurant for lunch or dinner.More

The Red Tomato is a delightful restaurant at Pantai Cenang, Langkawi. The ambience is superb, with an eclectic design lending a unique aesthetic to it's relaxing atmosphere inside. Outside is garden dining surrounded by a rambling tropical garden with cooling breezes beneath its green canopy....Great food but also a place to relax, with cool drinks, chilled wine or excellent coffee while posting a few photos of your holiday for family and friends back home. I live on Langkawi and have recommended this restaurant many times. Our last visit was an excellent dinner with friends. Food was so good. Got some dishes from the menu and some crafted by the chef owner. Food here are cooked fresh when order. Breads are done in-house, they are famous for their breads. I would...recommend the prawn garlic, cheesy garlic bread with some chilli (or do half half, like i did), pizzas, pasta carbonara and salads are fresh fresh ! Everything is made with love. My favorite cocktail is the Fever Island pink !(everyone should try this) . Tanja the owner and chef, if she gets into the kitchen, and if its your lucky day, you can probably ask for chef recommendation out of the menu. She makes one of the best home-cooked from the heart food. But frankly everything in the menu is already super good. Red tomato is the place for those with different dietary requirements.. vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, keto.. name it and you can ask for it! Atmosphere here is cosy and you just enjoy just chillin for after dinner drinks. I love this place and would always return for all day breakfast, lunch, dinner! Fyi check out the eggs benedict.
