Service abysmal. Two toasted muffins arrived. 5 minutes later 2 pots of tea. 5 minutes later cutlery. Waiter served someone else while milk and my pot of tea was on his tray.

My mum and I are regular visitors of the amazing little cafe. We almost always have the salads, which are delicious and are served with bread, an olive oil dressing and the creamiest coleslaw on the side. The coffee is perfect, strong but not too bitter. The vanilla latte's are out if this world! The place has recently been refurbished... More

Called here today for first time. It too busy as it had been raining. Thought menu was a bit pricey but hav wanted to come. Bottled water was very warm at £1.50 ! Asked if they would do an Egg mayo sandwich as it wasn't on menu although it was on the afternoon tea menu! Staff member said they would... More

We called in for a coffee late on a Friday afternoon, just before the cafe was closing. We were under no pressure to leave or to hurry. Staff were friendly and efficient, service was good and the lemony fruit scone was the nicest scone I've had for ages. Thoroughly recommend .

We visited on Monday 18th July, it was a lovely hot day so the place was busy outside but we decided it would be better for us to sit indoors as we had our children with us First impressions on the place was it looked great, that was until my wife opened the door and the staff were so rude... Having previously been a fairly regular visit we called in today. What a difference. I feel I could cut and paste the first half of review from valandjim2016, I too had a scalding hot scone, obviously heated in the microwave, left it to cool and it had the texture of a dried out brick. I, unusually for me did not... More

Cycling along the coast we were in need of some light refreshments so stopped off for a coffee, plenty of tables both inside & out, only one size coffee available which I would describe as regular priced at £2.65 was a bit on the steep side, service was swift, coffee was lovely & red hot, however we did arrive 10... We have been regular customers since this establishment opened and recommended it to all our family and friends. It has the perfect location overlooking the beach. However, since its refurbishment we have watched it steadily going down hill. The waiting time for two coffees and two scones has gone from 15 minutes to between 30 and 60 minutes on our... More

Visited for a spot of lunch while out walking. They had no Diet Coke or bottled water so I struggled with drinks choice and they were not really bothered. I ordered a panini and asked for bacon well done and a Jacket potato. We waited 30 minutes for food and there were several empty tables so we're not busy only... More
