Food might take a lot of time to arrive to your table but taste is good. Need to improve on their speed of service as i saw couple of people leaving the restaurant due to delay.

Nice restaurant, with speedy service. Ordered finger chips - very tasty. Falafel- nice. Veg chowmein- good. But the veg jaipuira curry was inedible as it was so very sweet - and I can usually eat almost anything. Very disappointing, especially as my curry was virtually untouched and the waiter didn't comment at all. Would not return.

I had visited this restaurant for dinner; The terrace might not have much to speak about but the food is good and value for money. Would really recommend it for some light dining.

Third year running for me in this restaurant and every dish a winner. Order anything -it's all fabulous -but the paneers are simply gorgeous

We went twice and consider it the best cheap and cheerful restaurant in this part of the world. The food was all piping hot, freshly prepared and full of flavour. All our different meals tasted very different ( always a good sign). The service was friendly and quick and the prices were very comparable ( and cheap by British standards).... More

Four of us were given recommendations for places to eat, Ashoka was one. An extensive menu, food served piping hot and taste was excellent. I had Korahi Chicken with rIce. It was just perfect. For 4 persons (4 main courses, 2 beers and a lassi) it was 1300 rs. Very reasonable and wonderful food

I had some of the best quality meat here in all of India, you get huge chunks of chicken breast rather than on the bone in the curries which is rare for India. The portion sizes are all quite large too and the beers are pretty reasonably priced. Went twice and was not disappointed either time, would highly recommend.

Came here during a power-cut so couldn't order any of the Israeli dishes that we came for, but instead we had a Veg Thalli (150 rupees), Mater Paneer (150 rupees), plain rice (80 rupees), a banana shake (60 rupees) and a hot lemon drink (20 rupees). Food came in generous portions and tasted delicious. They could make more effort to... More

Stopped for lunch and sat at a table on the roof looking one way towards the hills and mountains and the other way (down) to the busy high street and other roof tops. Food was great and so cheap I actually asked Ashok if he had made a mistake (he had not he said). Would recommend to anyone.
