7 of us had a lunch here on the way to the festival. Could not pick better place to eat! Service by Przemek was great, we all had starters and mains - fish and mushroom soups, pierogi, ribs and burger. Portions were generous and food arrived very quickly! Can pay by card as well. Definetely recommend for anyone!

We had family dinner. Ordered fish/tomatoe soup and chrimp/coconat milk soup and food was really tasty. Also bred with it. We also did order virgen Aperol , it was served really nicely and did taste really good. 5 points👌

Enjoyed a meal at the Open Kitchen with work colleagues on a visit to Ostroda. It is located on the outskirts of the town so we took taxis which took around 10 minutes.
The 2 main choices here are pizza, freshly prepared in the pizza oven or steak. This probably doesn’t do justice to the menu which had a lot of other items on. The menu was in Polish but the friendly staff were able to advise.
I’d had the steak recommended and chose the New York sirloin as an option and chose from a range of raw weights.
The steak arrived cooked rare but with a hot plate to cook further to my own liking. Served with 3 sauces and just enough potatoes, veg and salad, this was probably the best steak I’ve ever had.
There was a decent selection of options to wash it down with including the Polish Kormoran Swieze beer I chose.
The cheesecake dessert was nice too.
A great meal in a relaxing atmosphere and good value for money. If I was back in the area, I’d certainly go back.

Had lunch here a few weeks ago. Not really sure what we were expecting but all of us left very impressed with what we were served. Nothing fancy but great wholesome food. Suitable for anyone with a love of food and a hearty appetite. Thoroughly recommended for any occasion.

Everything is delicious and the portions are huge. Very nice service. We came back here several times during our stay in Ostróda. I definitely recommend.

We had lunch with my wife, we were passing through. We were intrigued by the positive reviews: everything was very delicious, the location was welcoming and the bill was within the norm. We highly recommend it
