In the tranquility of the Megalong Valley, we had shepherds pie filled with slow cooked lamb and veggies, followed by apple pie - simple old fashioned comfort food. Highly recommend you experience this unique secret.

Four of us had delicious Devonshire tea (or 1 tea and 3 coffees) this afternoon. It was scrumptious! We have been coming to the tea rooms for lunch and afternoon tea for many years now and have never been disappointed. I did have reservations and thought we may be disappointed with new ownership, but pleased to say I was wrong.... More

The Devonshire tea was fantastic with 2 generous old fashioned scones perfectly cooked, crisp on the outside and soft in the middle, freshly baked each day The cream and house made blackberry... We were in the horrible long weekend traffic so decided on lunch at Megalong Valley. Have not been before but certainly will return. From the choice of 3 soups and large selection we had soup as entree and a wrap and shepherds pie for main. All were excellent and we decided on sharing the apple pie after the recommendation from... Sit down and enjoy a quite picturesque cup of tea at this gorgeous little cafe. A friend and I enjoyed a delicious morning tea here, absolutely beautiful outlook. Great place to have a break. We had tea and scones. The scones were crispy and fluffy inside! Loved the home made jam and real cream. Thanks!!

The scones in the Devonshire Teas have come a long way since the new owners took over. The generous servings of cream and jam went the distance. The scones were fluffy inside with a great crispy crust. My TCP Good Food and Wine Tour stops at the Megalong Valley Tearooms on a regular basis and it was great to see... More
