Favourite place in Santa Marina. Amazing food, extremely fresh, decent prices, book ahead! Great bar downstairs - simple but lots of style!

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy... This restaurant was the most incredible experience. Comfortably located in near the water, this place had a great view and even better food. The polpo carpaccio was so delicate with a warm olive oil and light mint flavor. The pasta was simple but perfect. A light chili oil with cheery tomatoes and garlic basil.. Each bite was... More

A must if you are after authentic food cooked as you prefer it (also outside the menu). The stunning view and nice location does not impair the review....Attendant staff and good service throughout.

This is a tourist trap when you can't go anywhere else in Salina. Location is nice but once you are there, you just wish you weren't here and would prefer to go to the other place where you were yesterday! Service is a disaster!

The restaurant is well placed, during the day there's a wonderful view and at night it has a great atmosphere. The food has plenty of choice for sea food and tastes very good. What does not make me give thos restaurant a full 5 star os probably the waiting for the plates, which considering it was 22:00 it should have... More

The food was good local cuisine, best position in Santa Marina. Not cheap, but the view is unbeatable. Also has delicious sushi bar downstairs, great bar and service. Decor is beautiful. Worth a visit even if just for a drink

Bar Raya may win for sunsets but Portobello wins for chillaxing and enjoying the laid-back vibes of Salina. We spent three nights moored off Salina and this was our go-to spot for an Aperol Spritz. The mood is chilled, the free nibbles are brilliant and the decor is island chic. Check out the amazing Bougainvillea and grape vine growing through... More

The grilled fish (fresh from the sea) cost 70 euros, which was a bit steep, but it was a lovely dinner. Staff were nice and the setting - over the sea - allowed us to watch the clouds turn pink and the lights sparkle on Lipari. Worth a visit.

Enjoyed a late lunch at Portobello, a large open air, multi-storey restaurant/bar right by the pier of Santa Marina Salina. The views are spectacular and the restaurant is nicely fitted out. We had tuna crudo; spaghetti profumo di mare (spaghetti with seafood) and calamari fritte plus a cotorni of delicious patatine. The food was all fantastic and fresh. There were... More
