The food was delicious, and the size of them was also perfekt. The waiter was really friendly and professional. We would go again, when we are in the area.

Always nice to come here. They got brilliant Hungarian food and vey nice waiters I got the the stew and the Tatar beefsteak and it was really nice. People certainly don't go home hungry
On Friday at noon we had dinner here. The Restaurant offered special Oktoberfest Menu, to cheer up, Stressed people from Budapest. And they succeeded, the food was excellent, the service perfect, English speaking staff. clean, nicely set tables. There was only one thing I disliked...the chipped soup bowl.More
This restaurant comes with a well-selected dish collection, everything from fish to poultry, swine, calf etc., try their ragout soup or grilled Salamon. Sweets are also good. Staff is nice, prices are average. Outdoor seating is available, this comes handy in the times of Covid...pandemic. Good place to have a dinner with family, but they offer good quality breakfast as well.More
Were looking for some comfort food and Stadt had a promising menu. The place is inviting with nice decor, service was excellent. So was our food. We will definitely return.
It is located 15 min. from the Budapest downtown. Cozy feeling, friendly staff, pretty quick service. The food is average in my case the “Rose” duckbreast was overcooked it was pretty tasteless and chewy.
All the Hungarian classics done to perfection, plus nice burgers and other more imaginative offerings, now in a renovated modern atmosphere. Outdoor seating is fantastic in summer. Service is fast and friendly.
After some pretty bad experiences dining in Budapest overall, this place saved the day. The food was amazing, taste was fantastic, really well priced with large portions too.
For the third time we visit resaurant Stadt. Again the food and service were great. The price is very reasonable. For sure we will visit again.
We tried it last week first time after a recommendation. The food is really good, exept the Mexican from the menus but it’s impossible that everything is fine. Otherwise whatever I tried and I ordered since then every day (yes they have home delivery :)...) was just great! No star restaurant, simple but good honest food for an acceptable price. The only restaurant in the normal sector which can be recommended without any bad feeling! Great!More
We met a cousin for lunch at this restaurant in the center of Budakeszi, a suburb of Budapest. My husabnd ordered goulash whcih was as tasty as you can get at any restaurant (but not at home!). Our cousin ordered a steak with mustard sauce...and a pile of crispy onions on top. I order csusza, a dish of wide noodles with cottage cheese and bits of crisp bacon. All were presented nicely. My mixed salad was a nice accompaniament to the rich noodle dish. We selected a glass of wine from the limited and moderately priced wine menu. Service was leisurely, attentive and professional.More
Family with one kid, we had a very nice dinner here. Good wine, nice soup and also the pita with different pâtés was nice. Beef steak was also good.
I ate a clod with potatoes and grilled veggetables with a name of Budakeszi. It was really good to taste and the portion was also enough for a sportsman like me :) The waiter was helpful and he had a good style. Everything was alright.
There is something special about this small restaurant. Had the pleasure to eat here many times over the past months and really liked the food and homey atmosphere. Dishes have a "home cooked food" feeling to them and the fact this place is packed with...locals all the time is also a good indicator this is a hidden gem in Budakeszi. If you don't speak Hungarian do ask for the English menu, they have it :) Took me a while to realize this as I was relying on translations from my partner :)More
Our favourite place to eat in Budakeszi! Cosy place with great stuff. After a few dinners there, the waiters recognized us and they knew exactly our drinks before we asked for them. Every single meal is freshly cooked, hot and had fantastic taste. You cannot...go wrong with anything. They have poultry, beef, pork dishes and great salads. Weekly they have a selection of food on a separate sheet of paper. Try the garlic soup with cheese served in bread! It is fantastic. Local feeling, hommade dishes and English menu.More
