A local restaurant with no ambition to change , evolve , please existing customers and gain new. If you are to eat here be aware of umami (nátrium glutamát). Shame on you guys, learn to cook, invest energy and time into your dishes and stop...poison people with gutamate.More

Nice place and good service. Lot of choices on their menu. We were there with two kidds. They eat Pad Thai and liked it. Wife asked a lot of spicy and get it. I get a lot of carlic wich suits me.

Tomyum has quality Thai food in a beautifully decorated setting in the center of Budakeszi. Good service and good food, a nice change from the classic Hungarian fare available elsewhere in Budakeszi.

Just arrived in Budapest, and within half an hour we were booked into a dental clinic. After a very thorough examination thr time ws 8.15pm so we decided to just go round the block onto Andrassy Avenue to find a restaurant. Within w00 meters we...came across this delihtful Thai restzvurant which struck the tastebuds. We were not dissappointed. The Tom Yum soup and prawn starters were delicious followed by two Wok dishes, one pork with cashews and ginger the other chicken. Both were very good. The service was very swift, and the waitress was charming, telling us of her experiences in the UK. A really good find and obviously very popular as it was full of patrons all evening. It is a shzme we are only here for a few days or ee would be returning. Price was very reasonable with a nice bottle of Hungarian rosé wine.More

An old pub was rebuilt and refurbished to a Thai restaurant. Elegant and tastefull interior. Very kind staff with fast service. I have eaten there already four times and will come again. It was a surprise for me. The foods were exiting and also look...nice.More

This place was evrything you can imagine from a pub to a hole in the wall. This change is excellent. The thai food was authentic, even the soup was exactly what one expects. Highly recommended!

Great food, fresh authentic taste. Mainly the soup was great. Only the half of the tables were used by guests, still we had to wait 1,5 hours for the main course. There were only 2 waiters dashing up and down, and they were nice and...polite but didn’t have time to explain that eg when you order the chili, it’s without the side dish. They served us without rice so it was like a soup. The music was too loud to have a conversation, plus the noise from surrounding tables also disturbing a bit. All in all, its a good place, if you have plenty of time to wait for your food.More

It was a nice surprise to find such a place out of Budapest even if Budakeszi is not a remote place. The interior is interesting, service is really friendly and polite, meals were tasty and big size. Maybe some more distance between tables would be...nice.More

We went for a late lunch and were very pleasantly surprised with this fairly newly opened Thai restaurant. Very friendly staff and a very nice and fresh atmosphere. The food is really genuine and tastes just like in bangkok. I had a great som tum...and a green curry that was just right. The glutinous rice for dessert was also very good. Will be back.More
