Very nice surprise in Lesce, with this restaurant where the welcome and service were impeccable and warm, and the food was typical and very tasty!
The Mushroom soup was very good and only €4.5 (very good value for money) and the dish of traditional Slovenian vegetable ravioli was very good.
I recommend!

We wanted a place to stay that was handy for Lesce Bled railway station and this was fine. The bus stop for the buses to Lake Bled was right outside the front door, so all was fine.
The room was comfortable, roomy and quiet. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a wide range of food. No tea was available, but the waitress brought me boiling water in a tea pot to make my own.
The high point was dinner on the first evening after a few hours of walking round lake Bled. I had an excellent lake trout with pea mash and roast vegetables, which was delicious. The kid's menu was also given a thumbs up.

Get your taste buds ready. The food here is among the best I've ever had. Cold smoked trout entree so good. Wild Boar main substantial and cooked perfectly with a plum jam jus. The house white wine perfectly acceptable. And it's not over priced and has friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Visited for dinner on Sunday evening and had a wonderful food. Ordered trout which came with minted pea mash and fried seasonal veg & my partner had a pork snitzel. The puddings were outstanding, I had apple strudel and my partner the most divine chocolate soufflé with a berry coulis. Would definitely have returned later this week if they weren’t closing for a week

Traditional restaurant. We were there after the funeral, so we ordered soup and plates for all together. Nothing special. Meat (chicken, pork, beaf), potatoes, "struklji", salad. I missed the vegetables. Food was average. Athmosphere nothing to remember.
There were not many people at the time of our visit (afternoon).

Several good menus and nice service for very acceptable prices. Perfect main dishes, real good apfelstrudel and home made nut liquer. A really must GO!

Very nice restaurant, tasty food for a fair price. Had big portion of goulash (literally 2 person meal) for 11€ and chocolate souffle. Also offers variety of soft and alcoholic drinks. Waiter was nice and friendly, yet professional.

Fabulous place. Wonderful people exceptional food. We were there last night and a bus full of people. The staff was short handed and the restaurant was full. They worked their hearts out to make sure everyone enjoyed dinner. The food was worth every bite. This is definitely a place worth seeking out. You won’t be disappointed

On my way to Lake Bled I stopped for lunch and I enjoyed lunch so much I returned a second day for dinner. So let’s discuss both visits.
Lunch- I ordered the trout. It was absolutely delicious and very filling. Perfectly cooked. Crisp skin. Deboned nicely. Served with a mint green pea mash and vegetables. Spectacular dish. With wine, water, & espresso - €28. Fair, given the touristy location.
Dinner- I ordered the wild boar. I eat a fair amount of boar in Italy and was excited to try this with the house potatoes and plum sauce. It was okay. The boar tasted like normal pork. Maybe it’s Slovenia. With water, wine, and a digestivo - €36.
Servers were both pleasant and spoke English and Italian.
Atmosphere is very nice especially outside.
Not sure I’d order the boar again because it tasted like normal pork. But the food in both cases were very good- also the sides. Local reasonably priced wine is also nice.
