I have used this restaurant many times over the years and now avoid it completely. Orders are regularly wrong. Staff are slow and rude and food of often cold or overlooked. Took a large group of family here for a meal the day after my wedding and 7 out of 20 people had to send food back and 3 ended... More

This is a really lush little restaurant. It's really pretty on the outside but once you get in, it's even prettier. Old and quaint with lots of nooks and crannies, there's a lot more space inside than you'd think. Food was especially nice as well.

My Aunt and I were travelling back home from Dublin to Roscrea and decided to stop here for dinner. staff helpful and friendly. Delicious food and well presented, with portion sizes just right. This is certainly the place to rest and eat . A great place to relax with family and friends in Roscrea.

Good food for a family lunch in a building with character. We stopped in Roscrea for something to eat whilst traveling from Dublin to Killarney instead of stopping at the awful Barack Obama plaza. Excellent Bolognese and pizza which both kids and adults enjoyed. We'll be stopping again here.

A group of us went for dinner. Found a great range of menu, food really tasty, great value. The only downfall was that I was cold by the end of the evening as the restaurant is draughty.

Had a meal here recently. Food was fine, nothing special. Nice to be able to bring your own wine and they don't charge corkage which is great. Major downfall is the coldness. It was so cold on our visit that we had to leave our coats on and ask for a heater. Wrap up well if you're planning a visit.... More

Lovely venue, quirky, quaint with character Very good Italian food, priced in line with others. Take your own bottle if you wish for alcohol.

Generally a good place to eat in Roscrea. La Serenata has a fairly large menu of food, both Italian and more Irish, and the prices are quite good too, particularly the lunch and early bird specials. The place is spread over three levels, all quite small, though one room is large enough to accommodate larger groups. Service can be cold,... More

Use to come here quite often and food was fine for price. Last few visits staff were rude. Pushing desserts on you. Asked me if I wanted anchovies on my Caesar salad and I say yes. It came out laced in anchovies. They are really salty by nature so I ate as much as I could and I pushed the... More
