A lovely lady served us when we arrived. She was very keen to learn about our cycling that day, and then she went through with us all the places we could cycle, she supplied (and gave) us maps, described routes, gave advice. She filled our...water bottles. What a wonderful lady and what wonderful service. Clearly someone who understands how important the cycle trade is and who is smart enough to make cyclists feel welcome. Service above and beyond the call of duty - well done!More

Very good food quality. My boyfriend says it was the best njoki he has ever tried. Pasta with funghi was very good. If they would improve the quality of the furniture and the interior, it could easily become a top restaurant.

We come to the area every year. The very first year we stopped there by coincidence. Namely our kids were still little and we needed a quick pizza to fill out their little bellies. My family fell immediately in love with this owner family. Their...food preparation is of the highest quality. The owner prepares it herself. We keep coming back every season. I hope success will not make her change how she operates. It truly makes it for us a place where we feel like at home.More

After a drive from Venice on April 5, we stopped here for lunch, arriving about 1230. We were the only people in the restaurant. We entered and were treated like long lost relatives. The waitress/owner? was very friendly and supplied numerous recommendations on our selections....I wanted to try a local dish so had the Ombolo pork; it was served with a salad and grilled vegetables. The food was simply superb. For dessert, 3 of us shared the apple strudel. The atmosphere in the restaurant is homey. We were seated in the wood fired oven area, which also had Plexiglas over ruins under the floor. I cannot say enough about our hostess; she was very friendly, helpful, kind and patient. Total for the meal was 494 Kuna, which translated into roughly $73 US dollars. Very reasonable price for the quality of food and service. Highly recommend stopping here for a meal if you are in the area, you shant be disappointed.More

They say the beauty and quality come from inside ant not outside. This is so true for this restaurant. From outside, nothing special even below average - first neabourh is a auto repair shop - but it is isnide what it counts. Good local family...cuisine, runned by a family, ordinary prices and top notch food. Recommend it if you are driving near border between Slovenia/Croatia and you are going/leaving Istria.More

We wanted to enjoy a traditional Croatian hog roast. And were so pleased to come across this gem of a restaurant. The hosts could not have made us more welcome and we sat at big circular table in an authentic traditional style dining room. We...were soon eating a wonderful platter of fresh prepared Pork, potatoes, salad and all other accompaniments. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Perfect for a day trip across to Slovenia as located very close to the border.More
