The George is a lovely place to visit for either a drink or a meal. We have had many lovely nights here. The food is usually perfectly cooked. The staff are always polite. Always happy to return

Perfect pub to pop in for a food n drink refuel en route elsewhere. Warmly welcomed, and decent little menu. Recommend their 'bangers n mash' and the pork medallions were a treat. Good portions, lovely ambience and fairly priced. Don't drive on by.....
Comfortable village pub, good service and pub food served within short time. Great to see locals drinking at the bar with the interaction, not often found in pubs now.

Looked after extremely well, service excellent, in fact I returned in April with my Husband and 12 year old. Had a great meal, we loved the trivial pursuit cards on the table! Best dinner out as family we've had for a long time. Staff amazing.
