Booked a table for 8 friends for a casual lunch and a chat. A friendly welcome from several staff. Drinks quickly served and no problem in waiting for one couple stuck in traffic. The menu was appetising and varied catering for snacks or full lunches. We all chose ciabattas, although different fillings. These were delicious and were served with home... More

Great atmosphere, good food, nice portions and very attentive service during meal; nothing was too much for the team. It can get very busy especially during good weather as the beer garden could be packed. There were notices about the ongoing works, we weren't inconvenienced at all. Oversized notices about the works in the notice holders on tables, so maybe... More

Visited the keys yarm again on Saturday afternoon at 630pm the place was packed with big party's. We got a table inside but it was too hot so I asked a member of staff if we could move to the garden area, think his name was Jordan? He explained there was a big party out there but he would see... Excellent service and lovely food. We looked at the lunch menu and there wasn't any low fat/low calorie options and so I asked the waiter to see if it was possible for me to have a plain salad with chicken. They answered 'that wouldn't be a problem'. The chef did a great job of my salad, it was lovely. He... More

All round pleasant lunchtime experience. Food was good as was the service. It was nice to sit outside in the courtyard and has been equally nice inside in the past.

Myself and my partner were looking for somewhere to eat on Saturday aftermoon so we decided to try the Keys for the first time as we had a BOGOF voucher. I was a little apprehensive with it being a nightclub but I need not have worried as both our meals turned out to be the best we have had in... More

Attempted to lunch here today as I love the Darlington Keys. Walking through the nightclub area during the day makes the place look dead. Found a table but didn't see any staff for ages despite asking at the bar if we were OK to sit down and wait for menus. Waited long enough but then walked out. Need more staff... More

My wife and I visited The Keys on Saturday after some time away to sample the new menu on offer and we were absolutely delighted with our choices & took advantage for a peek at the new kitchen thru the door glass and it looks fab !! Staff were very attentive and our daughter loved her balloon from Julie.

I wanted to surprise my partner for his 40th birthday by getting all his family together in one place, I have never had to organise anything like this before and after speaking to several other venues I was close to dropping the idea altogether. I popped into the Keys on a friend’s suggestion and 10 minutes later after having a... More
