Visited this establishment as the venue next door was full. The food was ok but certainly nothing exceptional when you consider the prices charged. The setting was pleasant with a nice rear open garden area. The Posh fish finger sandwich was ok with the fish fingers made presumably in the kitchen.

Colleagues and myself went for a meal after work, we found the menu had a good variety of choice for all. I choose the Steak n Ale pie, the pastry was beautiful, no soggy bottom in sight, the pie filling was really tasty, the accompanying vegetables cooked well. The sticky toffee pudding was 'very nice' and finished off a very... More

As a regular visitor to the Keys, we decided to celebrate our anniversary and have lunch there. Despite being only a handful of people there, we had to wait 30 minutes for a simple food order. The steak in the sandwich was not a cut we could identify and tasted awful, On the plus side, the staff were really attentive.... More

Terrible service again ,over 45 minute wait for drinks and an hour for food ,this has happened on the last three occasions we have visited . We were seated and had been for 30 minutes only then to be told that my order could not be taken as the chef said so and it would be an hour before our... More

Called in for lunch as it was a sunny day we knew they had a decent beer garden. Really impressed with the food, excellent lunchtime choice from wraps/sandwiches and main full on meals. Great menu, very good quality food and served with a smile. Great chilled summer atmosphere, busy in the summer sun or shade, really impressed for a mid... More

For a Saturday afternoon this place was in a state. From ordering drinks which took 45 minuets to arrive and three visits to the bar to ask where they were, to queuing 15 minuets just to pay! People were just waking out. Staff didn't seem to have a clue of thier roles and the system at the bar was ridiculous... More

We go to the Keys on a regular basis either for a drink or food and a drink. The terrace at the back of the keys is particularly nice on a sunny day. In the past I have posted on behalf of the Keys two 5 star reviews regarding the food and service. If I have a one off bad... More
