Attentive staff and great food. It was affordable, comfortable, and friendly. After a day of hiking or climbing refresh yourself at this local.

Excellent value and service, very comfortable and a lovely view. Would recommend this hotel highly. Such a beautiful town at night too! Breakfast had great coffee and homemade carrot and orange jam!
Tremendous last night dinner at this restaurant! Was perfect. The service was incredible - the waiter was helpful and recommended some delicious dishes to us. The food was yummy!! We had lots to share. The restaurant was really classy but with a wonderful atmosphere. We...will be back in the winter!More
A friendly young couple runs this small hostal in the lovely village of Chulilla. This cosy place is top clean and the beds are comfortable. It is 50 steps away from the main square (...) and 80 from the Parking. Breakfast is good and evening...meals can be booked. The village and the surroundings are beautiful. Our group of eight (seniors) felt at home in the El Pozo.More
We stayed at the hotel and ate in the restaurant. Whilst staying at the hotel we had the possibility to eat out if we wished, I have to say it was a disappointment when the closed for one evening in the week and we had...to eat elsewhere. The food was all freshly prepared and cooked and the catered for vegetarians and meat eaters. Carlos and Violeta are great hosts. I would thoroughly recommend the place.More
Good spot for a treat after a day of climbing on the limestone cliffs surrounding the village. Good tapas, great main coarses and excellent deserts. Friendly and easygoing service yet still professional.
We were recommended to dine here by our AirBNB host; and did so for both a supper and Sunday lunch over the duration of our stay. The service was attentive and considerate (Menus provided in Spanish and English as well). It was a delicious relief...away from the oppressive temperatures of the Spanish weather. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We had a selection of starters which were all beautifully presented and tasty, followed by equally good main courses. The house wine was excellent as well. Do not go to Chulilla without finding this gem.More
Wow! Thank you for your review :) It's very important for us to know the opinion of our customers. We are glad to know you liked our restaurant. Best regards, Carlos & Violeta.
I really liked this hotel! It was small and run by a couple. It's well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and had air con. The owners were lovely. Even before we arrived, they had contacted me with info about booking meals and some updates...to our rooms. There was a problem with the bath and they called me the day before to let me know. It was a public holiday and they weren't sure they could get it fixed. They did though and all was well. We didn't get to eat dinner at their restaurant because it was fully booked for fiestas. The breakfast was yummy and high quality so if that is anything to go by, the food is great. I certainly wish we could have eaten there. I would recommend this as place to stay for anyone visiting Chulilla.More
Perfect location - centre of town Parking not too far away Warm welcome, Great food Excellent coffee Comfortable clean room
Food was outstanding, staff friendly and attentive, not only best in Chulilla but one of best in any Spanish village ever had.
We enjoyed a relaxed meal, at the table in the middle of the street. Quite entertaining, and the food was good (as was the wine). I was glad for the lack of grease and fresh ingredients. Nice.
Local food, good selection, amazing flavour & quality, couldn't stop eating, destroyed my diet :) - that good!
El Pozo served us delicious local food that was smart but unpretentious. The pork cheeks were particularly good, and having eaten there twice, we didn't have a single dish that failed to live up to expectations. They also have an English menu for those who...have limited Spanish skills. Recommended.More
Absolutely fabulous place to eat. Food is freshly prepared and beautifully cooked. We ate there twice and on one occasion had the tappas which was probably the best I have eaten. We also had pork loin which was delicious. Very reasonably priced and very friendly...service. Don't miss this gem!More
