Probably the most popular restaurant in Fauske. Quite a lot of people were visiting while we ate there.I suspect the competition is not so great. Good service, and we got the food very fast. We wanted the meat rare minus, but got medium. I wanted draft beer, but just one variety. My wife would like a glass og wine, but the only wine they had for glass was Gato negro. Popular in Norway, but if you know a bit about wine you would stay away from that one. She choose water. Not a memorable meal, but average.

Comfortable and convenient

Very good location, nice interior and clean. Food arrived fast and the service was good. Had the kebab plate. Meat was tasty but the pita bread underneath was a bit strange because it gets soggy. Feel it's unnecessary to have it at all since you also get bread with butter on the side(the butter could have more garlic in it) It would also be nice to have the option to put pommes-frites spice yourself if you like it because I just prefer it with salt. Homemade lasagne was good, and the pasta carbonara could be a bit bigger in portion but that's just my opinion. Good value for money.

Don't serve tenderloin if you don't have it...

I ordered the tenderloin and got the toughest piece of meat I can recall ever being served. Presumably the kebab is fine and I would probably have been far more happy with that than the garbage you call tenderloin. Remove it from your menu and focus on what you can actually serve.

Good place and reasonable prices.

I found the staff to be very friendly and the food that we ordered was good and was delivered at the expected time. There are loads of these kinda places around, but this was a pleasant suprise.

Quite small restaurant in the town centre busy at popular times. Friendly service but no menu in English. Salads and steak were good, large portions. Quite expensive

We popped in for some takeaway. The chap who greeted us was super friendly and suggested a pasta dish for my husband. He loved it! The dishes were prepared within 10 minutes, were a decent serve and very tasty. If we’re ever back here from Australia we’ll definitely eat in.

Nice atmopshere, good food

We stopped in on a long road trip and found the atmosphere to be very clean and nice. We wished we had time to stay. Many guests seemed to be enjoying themselves quite a bit. The staff was accommodating with our request for a to-go order. English was spoken fairly well, definitely good enough to get the order placed and processed well. I ordered a burger and fries and my boys ordered pizzas, like they did at most of the restaurants in Scandinavia. We were all really happy with our meals. The food was all great quality and I especially loved the fries. The prices were reasonable, as well.

One of three was pleased...temporarily

We stopped here for dinner on a long road trip. We initially stopped at another place along the way but decided it would be worth it to sit down for a nicer meal. There were three of us together: I got the ravioli, friend 1 got a pizza, and friend 2 got a kebab. Friend 1 wasn't particularly thrilled that the toppings he ordered on the pizza were literally dumped on the pizza in massive clumps leaving some slices with entirely vegetables and others with entirely meat. Friend 2's kebab wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't good either. I was feeling quite smug that my order of ravioli was the pick of the bunch with good flavor and a typical ravioli dish. That was dinner. Towards the end of the meal I started to feel my stomach turning around a little so I just left the rest of the food on my plate (which I hate doing, but I would rather not overeat). I'm currently writing this review from the car as we are driving down E6 after I unfortunately got a second serving of my food. It currently sits on the side of the road if you would like to take a look, but beware that it is probably not the best thing for your stomach as I threw it right up. Upon sheepishly climbing into the car both friend 1 and friend 2 admitted that their stomachs weren't doing very well either. I would thoroughly recommend staying away from this place if you wish to avoid rampant food poisoning. If you do roll the dice, I wish you good luck but don't say I didn't warn you!

Wery good pizza, and friendly staff

Was staying in Fauske for the night and in the beutiful weather I went to this place by the road and ordered a pizza. The staff was wery helpfull and nice. I must say its not often I stay in the evening and thinks. God damn that was a good pizza:-)

Some very good, some very bad

Good atmosphere, welcoming employees and some very good dishes. Also one of those "arab gone italian" joints. Pizzas are average, pasta dishes are decent but a little bland while they really know whats what with the steak and fish dishes. Steer clear of everything that sounds remotely mexican!! The nachos, in particular, are a crime against humanity!!
