On a positive note, the service is very quick and the ambiance pretty good. On a negative note, food quality and authenticity, which are kinda important for a restaurant, are not. Among other things: - Spaghetti alla carbonara served with a spoon, with herbs(!?) on...them, overcooked and with cream. Pretty pretty watery indeed. - Pizzas always came with extremely dry dough and undercooked tomato sauce. To conclude, I hope I was extremely unlucky. However, if this is the norm, Italian restaurants like this wouldn't survive in Italy.More

We had a business meeting. Food and services were very disappointing! Red wine was warm. The food was really not tasty!

We were a big group for business dinner. The servers were very good and helpful. The food was just OK given the price. The portions were a good size so just a main was enough.

Located across the street from Glattzentrum, Andulino is easily accessible by car, or even on foot, offering an excellent alternative to the relatively low-key dining options inside the mall. It was our first time there today, for lunch, just a wee after 14:00 and we...had the place almost entirely to ourselves – quite nice this way. Meal: My starter was a tower of Aubergine, mozzarella, and tomato, with olive oil and a hint of balsamico. The different textures worked very well together, as did the warm aubergine with the cold mozzarella. This appetiser is rather generous in size, keep that in mind if you're not particularly hungry. My main course was the Gnocchi Rustica. Potato gnocchi (are there others?) with broccoli and bacon. I'm too picky with my bacon; I like it nearly burnt to a crisp, which isn't how it was with this dish. If I had to guess, I'd say the bacon was cooked, not fried. Again, this is just me; I enjoyed the meal nonetheless. Atmosphere: Despite being a new construction, the restaurant has the charm of a factory or warehouse conversion. Exposed brick, open wine shelves, a large bar -- it's a beautiful place. The restaurant itself doesn't have a particular theme, neither Italian (Italian cuisine) or Argentinian (steak house), but that's not to say the interior isn't inviting. Service: Bear in mind that the restaurant was nearly empty, but I still suspect that you can expect excellent service at Andulino any time of the day. Our party of four could choose a table immediately, and we had a waiter at our table with menus right away too. A misunderstanding led to my desert, a Coup Denmark, to be topped with whipped cream despite ordering it without the pile of fattening fluff. Both our waiter and the manager apologised profusely, nearly insisting on replacing the sweet with a new one made to my specific order. I ate the one I already had instead, just removed the cream myself. Creamgate no big deal at all, but it showed the level of service if something doesn't go to plan and it's fantastic! We'll be back, and so should you.More
