Had a very bad experience here. The pancakes were supposed to taste good I believe. However I could hardly enjoy it while choking on the abundance smell of 2nd hand smoke and coughing my lungs out while trying to shovel food down. Normally in some...More

This place is small; fits about only 20 people, but that is part of its charm. Its location in the tourist area of Asakusa means that it's hard to get a table without waiting. They serve decent pour-over coffee, and hotcakes or hot dogs if...More

I’m a fan of the TV show Kantaro the sweet tooth salary man. I just had to call in when my son and I visited Tokyo recently. It’s very close to Sensoji so you can pop in after sightseeing. ‘Pop in’ is maybe not the...More

Few specialities but everything over the top! Coffee homemade with love and slow care, hotcake really amazing, very beautiful and so good! Soft and tasty, served with salted butter and erable syrup! The best is in simple things. Thank you for the amazing experience. Buonissimi!!!

Ueno, Asakusa
Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old
Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa.
Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit
a variety of different museums and galleries. At
Ameyoko which starts in front of Ueno station, the
grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed
alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at
the end of the year, when many people go on shopping
