We first visited this restaurant in 2003 and thought it was great. This time we thought it was fantastic. The same chefs were still there and the food was of the highest quality. The staff were fantastic and impeccable as always. A most memorable meal...More

Kurumaya Bekkan serves delicious Teppanyaki steak and provides excellent service. Our chef and waiter knew enough English to engage in pleasant conversations which made our experience so much better. My husband and I made a reservation for 9 PM (highly recommend making reservations as there...More

Excellent food and service. Draft Sapporo. Sit downstairs, and if busy wait for a seat at teppanaki table. This is where it happens. Upstairs is a different experience and so so.

We had the set beef and seafood menus. Very nice and attentive staff and chef. Nice to see food prepared live in front of you. The teppanyaki restaurant is quite small which creates a comfy intimate atmosphere. Food is very well prepared and of high...More

Incredible food! The steak meal includes 2 appetizers, waygu beef, fried rice, soup, and desert for about 8,900 yen. In my mind, absolutely worth every penny!!!!!

Japanese restaurant where everything is really great, we ordered lobsters and meat. You'll have a cook at your disposal who will cook in front of you, it was a nice experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this experience.

Was recommended this by our concierge. We opted for the beef and seafood sets. The Australian beef is half the price of the Japanese and it was delicious. Nice appetisers and salad. The chef and staff spoke English and the experience was nice. We had...More
