If you like delicious food and craft beer this is the place for you. Trendy - yes. Crowded - not so much. Service was good if a little over-efficient. Be warned there is a two hour time limit on your stay.

Pleasantly surprised to stumble on this place on a recent trip to Daikanyama in Tokyo. SVB is a huge installation forming part of the wider Log Road development and is housed in a beautiful open wood and glass structure. Owned by the Kirin brewery they...More

This used to be my one of my favourite places in Tokyo. I used to recommend it to everyone as a must go place and over the last couple of years took many people there. Not anymore though. The restaurant seems to be on a...More

Often end up here, it has a cool and modern atmosphere with the brewery equipment on display which is cool. Food is good, but the highlight is the selection of beers on offer and the open plan interior offering something a lot of the pokey...More

The service in this pub restaurant is friendly, the place is usually packed with people, stylish. There are six or more craft beers served on tap. I like the IPA like, high BTU 496. The bartender kindly offered me gratuitous samples on the 496 and...More

I like the craft beer sampler which you get to taste a selection of craft beers. This is especially good for me as I barely can finish a glass of beer, yet I love to taste different beers. Food & service both good.

Nice place with great beers! We tried daydream and jazzberry and it's pretty good. Their lunch set is reasonable as well - salad , main dish, half size beer or dessert and coffee/tea

"Cool" brewery located in what fell like an upcoming area. We ordered the tasting menu, six small beers served with six small snacks. Four of six beers what's to die for and two was a bit boring. The staff was all English speaking. It might...More

I come here for craft brew and tasty food, to this trendy eatery, nearly always packed eatery in Daikanyama. The veal cutlet is real deal veal, the fries are crisp, tasty, the pizza as well. The prices reflect the popularity of this restaurant but are...More

Spring Valley Brewery in Daikanyama is a place that I return to now and then. It's not specifically for the western based food or for their own brew ... but for the feel, the modern urban design, the open spaced area, the cozy terrace, the...More

There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
