A small cafe inside Kinokuniya bookstore in Shibuya was the only place to sit after a long day. We had a hard time finding a public place to just rest our tired feet in Tokyo so we always ended up going inside cafes. We bought a lot of books in the bookstore and then sat down to read and relax in the cafe with a delicious piece of cake. This is slightly on the expensive side - also one perk you can charge your devises here.

These beverages and cakes are little bit expensive, but delicious:)
And good location!
But Wifi was wrong:(

Good place to relax after shopping.... Nothing fantastic but of above average quality. Recommended for foreign Travellers...
