fOk. so we were dull, but not that full. After discovering the joys of the fatty rich tuna my son said "There is nothing we can eat that will top this, lets stop now" :) But thats just half the story. Everything was prepared to...More

So I did it. I stood in line…. It was worth it. I went early so I only waited about 30 mins. The sushi was outstanding…. Rolls Delicious. Service good.

We showed up just before 5:00 on a Tuesday and walked straight in. I highly recommend sitting at the sushi bar to watch the chef's perform their magic. We ordered the Chef's Special Sushi-Assortment (some hit and miss here) and the Special Tuna Sushi-Assortment. I'm...More

One of my MUST-EAT in Tokyo for several years. But my recent visit had been a letdown. Not sure whether it is not the season for Tuna but my tuna set was just passable; still fresh but not as sweet. The miso soup used to...More

There's a reason this restaurant always has a line! I recommend going 1 1/2 hour before you'd like to eat so you can get a number and walk around the mall until your number is called. It wasn't the easiest to find but its on...More

But...a pain in the rear to get in. Get there at 10 am and get a number for the 11am opening. Or be prepared to wait 1-2 hours. Once seated there was no rush. Courteous service. $30USD Omakase...cheap! The fish was outstanding. Worth the wait?...More

The queue is quite long, get the number from the queueing before you sit down in the queue. Off-peak hour is totally better if you would like to try this place. Good food especially Kanimiso, akami is not so soft but other on the set...More

If I want sushi in Tokyo, I visit here. It is an excellent value for money sushi place in Tokyo. It is conveniently located attached to the Shibuya station. The 2,000yen assorted sushi platter including crab and prawn is more than enough to experience and...More

There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.

As long as they are open for dinner, they should have everything available on the menu. The seafood in Japan is VERY fresh. Have fun!

Yes. You pay at the cash register at the door, not at the table. In Japan, you pay this way and no tipping, except at low end restaurants where you buy a meal ticket from a vending machine.
