Wait in line for... 2 hours! At first we came at 19:00 on Monday and they've already stopped giving tickets for the day. On the next day we came at 18:00 and waited for 2 hours in order to get in. Solution: take away But only a few know, that you can take-away same sushi from a small window on... More

This has to be the best sushi in the world. It is famous in Japan for being high quality at a reasonable price and it is well worth a trip by anyone who likes sushi. This restaurant is well known in Japan with people queuing for long periods before securing a table as you cannot book in advance. We got... More

I have been coming back to this sushi restaurant each time that I come to Tokyo. The line is just getting longer and longer. We waited around two hours. It's best to take a number and come back after an hour or so. If your number have been called, don't worry, they will still seat you. The three of us... More

We took some sushi and the tuna sushi special. It was amazing, it was really worthy to wait 2 hours. Luckily they have good system for managing the queue. I really recommend to pass by and take the number before 19.00. I really loved it!!!!

Were recommended by a few friends and it was good as they said. I like the "Kanimiso salad". I suggest to order set menu instead. It's so much cheaper.

The queue is equally long at the popular sushi restaurants found in Tsukiji Market (about 1 to 2 hours during peak hours) and is more delicious at half the price and double the portions. Don't bother with the Tsukiji Market and head here directly for your dose of fresh sushi in Tokyo!

Taught of the existence of this place by a Japanese person I've been here a few times especially for celebrations since it's a bit expensive. It also requires quite some waiting in line but it's worth it! The 3000¥ menu is a lot of food. And if you like crab I especially recommend their cani miso salad. Their sushi is... More

To be fair to the restaurant and I'll start by saying that there are several elements with this kind of dining that does not appeal to me. Standing in line is one. Hasty eating is second. However; based on all the great reviews on Yelp, Foursquare and TripAdvisor convinced me to try. I arrived at 14.00 and with 27 numbers... More

We were recommended this restaurant and got there at about 2.45pm in the afternoon on a Friday. We got a ticket and were very lucky that we waited no more than 10 mins and got a spot at the very tightly spaced sushi counter . They had very reasonably priced sushi sets and sake and the quality was very good,... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
