Just an FYI - the Harajuku branch of cafe gram no longer exists/has closed down. Beyond disappointing. Luckily, there are plenty of other pancake places in Tokyo.

Fluffy pancakes are about half pancake half sponge cake. Interesting and tasty!!! Service was good too. I got there around noon on a weekday and they had me come back in 20-30 minutes. Not sure if they still have the pancake limit per day anymore...More

The place is tiny, the staff isn't very energetic (compared to other places in Japan) and the food was a bit strange (a lot of ketchup instead of maple syrup for the pancakes). On the positive side, there was no queue outside to get in.

There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
