I love this place. I go out of my way to come here every time I'm in Tokyo. The staff is so nice and friendly. They speak English very well. And they have great yaki tori. And bbq beef, pork, etc. love it here!!

Jomon is a great go to for tourists and those living in Tokyo. The izakaya style restaurant has a wonderful lively atmosphere, loads of sake, and absolutely beautiful food. Great for a date or with a group!

Surely there must be better Izakaya restaurants than this? Food was average, good place to socialize but that's where the positives end. Its expensive, staff are curt, place is smoky, too crowded and noisy.... the list goes on. We couldn't wait to to get out of there.

I love the atmosphere and the way how they work in a business. It's very authentic yakitori with an awesome taste! The price was quite high but it's worth! Super duper highly recommend!!!

This is a very unique restaurant to find in downtown Tokyo! It's a small barbeque place, with a very nice ambience and great food. Recommended if you look for something special.

Super noisy and crowded. The food is very salty and the drinks are definitely overpriced. The waitress couldn't understand English at all. I couldn't stand the noise so I finished my food very quickly and left. Didn't enjoy the dinner at all.

Food is the saving grace for this restaurant. Staff are rude, impolite and pushy. The atmosphere is generally good with the people dining giving it a lively feel. Staff, however need to brush up on their service etiquette. Pushing guests to hurry up, showing visible signs of frustration with diners ordering drinks and literally kicking people out so they can... More

Not far from Roppongi Station is this cozy tourist friendly, reasonably priced, tasty yakitori experience. It doesn't say Jaumon on the door, but you'll see people sitting in the front dangling their feet out. Whilst you do see a lot of foreigners here it still has a very Japanese vibe. Keep in mind that truly authentic Japanese places with only... More

Liked the vibe and ambience of Jomon. Food was good and definitely went well with the sake and beer! However, I would recommend going a la carte rather than the chef skewer set (8 sticks) unless you are prepared to be adventurous. Some really out there items like chicken tail which is definitely an acquired taste!!

Very small noisy restaurant. The fun is sitting at the crowded counter talking to your neighbors and see what they are ordering. That is where the fun ends. The food itself is just ok. Nothing special. We ordered the chicken yakatori which was rather blah. The other dishes we ordered were just meh at best. I would not recommend this... More
