Our first night in Tokyo we were tired from flying and were starving so after walking around we stumbled upon Gottsui and decided to give it a try. I am glad we did. It is a very fun place with a lively atmosphere. We went here multiple times while in Japan. If you are looking for a good place to... More

We loved everything! The ingredients were fresh and artistically presented. The curry dressing on the salad and nice assortment of avocado and veggies with eggs was a great starter. The Okonomiyaki was similar to a Rosti - hard to describe but flavorful and super fun to cook on the tappanyaki grill. The draft Asahi was icy cold and the fresh... More

Wonderful food with great atmosphere. The Special Gottsui Yakisoba was fantastic especially the noodles. Highly recommended. The whole staff welcomes all who enters to be satiated.

If you want a great casual dinner with a fun flare, it's worth the little side hike down to Gottsui. Okonomiyaki can only be described as comfort food and is basically everything including the kitchen sink thrown in. The Gottsui-yaki is worth trying, it is delicious but extremely filling!! It does take a bit to cook, but just get a... More

Very busy restaurant and popular with the locals. The food is hot and very good. The service is very fast and friendly. They staff enjoys their jobs as apparent by their attitude in the kitchen and with the customers. We were very happy with the meal and the only thing we didn't care for was the cigarette smoking and would... More

I had visitors who wanted okonomiyaki, so I looked for an okonomiyaki restaurant. It was nice to have an English menu and staff who spoke English. The okonomiyaki was good, but I've had better okonomiyaki at other restaurants. I also thought the portions were small for the price, but that might be because we were in Roppongi.
