There are so many things to like about Umi. The chef is very nice (Friendly, talented, humble) the place is easy the find. Why going to ginza for sushi where sometimes chefs can be arrogant and expensive. Umi is an experience.

以前から「海味は元気がいい」「体育会系のお店だ」と聞いていたが 店内には、活性のある職人の声が響き渡っていた。 そして、生気に満ち溢れた亭主が握ってくれるお寿司は 真剣さが一貫一貫ダイレクトに伝わってくる！ この時期はホタルイカが旬なのか、どのお寿司屋さんに行っても出てくるのだが ここのは「美味しい」というより「なんだこれは！？」と目を見開いてしまうほどの逸品！！ 途中「欠点を見つけてやろう..」と意地を出したくなるくらいパーフェクトだった！ 現在３１歳の亭主は、まだまだ伸びしろが有り、今後増々予約が取れなくなってくるだろう。 （次回の予約は１ヶ月後になった）
