Good selection of buffet for breakfast. However, even if you are there for a view of Tokyo, its well worth a visit.

Always fun to be on top of a tower in an open restaurant overlooking the city. Service is always good in Tokyo and the drinks were well served. Good fun all round.

After a couple of breakfasts in the main restaurant by the lobby, I thought I would try this restaurant for something different. Was disappointed to find that the buffet was pretty much identical to the main restaurant. Apparently there are some spectacular view from this restaurant, but when I visited, it was foggy outside.

Good sushi, but very expensive. Great view of the Tokyo! Not beautifull inside. Waiters very kind but not confident with English.

Nice cocktail before going out in the area for a Japanese meal. Lovely view out over the area from this 39th floor of the hotel

It is my favorite spot to have drinks. There is a great view of Tokyo. I guess nighttime is better, although I have never been there at daytime. Some servers speak English. The menu is pretty expansive. The service is pretty decent.

The breakfast was nothing special, but was very good and does offer some different coffee options instead of just regular and decaf.

The view is excellent and the service is exemplary. We dined at the Italian restaurant for a buffet with your selection of entree. It was excellent. Watch out for the desert bar since you can keep going back for more.

This dining experience was quickly heading to a poor rating. The buffet style food consisted of generic and bland tasting western food. The seafood risotto appetizer was foul tasting. And finally, the main course came consisting of beef tenderloin with fois gras and was absolutely delightful. Both the sauce and the steak were heaven and I wish the portion had... More

Room is a little bit old.. However, it is large, has many tables, and view are superb. They have two window sides where you can see places around Shinagawa.

Staying in Shinagawa / Gotanda

Neighborhood Profile
Shinagawa / Gotanda
In Shinagawa, an office district shares space with luxury residential buildings and the scene is constantly changing with rapid development. Ikedayama park and Togoshi park are great places to see beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as well as enjoy the changing seasons. Shinagawa was a post and a port town during the Edo era and the lavish old Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Shinagawa and Ebara are very popular. It's a great place to get in touch with the old Edo atmosphere on a pleasure boat cruising along the canal. The neighboring area around Gotanda station is a study in modern contrasts filled with unique restaurants and a lively nightlife.
