I staid for 10 days at the westin and this is where I would have breakfast and sometimes lunch and dinner as well. Breakfast is ok as far as food. Lu ch and dinner buffet is definitely not worth the price and is always the same exact menu, everyday the same exact things to choose from very boring and not... More

I have eaten here maybe 100-120 times, most recently last week. It is an average hotel breakfast for Tokyo. However, for some reason they cannot figure out the most simple thing: we need coffee! I have several times eaten two helpings of food and left the restaurant before receiving coffee. On average coffee takes 10-15 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable... More

We had the Sunday lunch buffet and everything was excellent. Food, staff and the atmosphere were all top quality. They even had great coffee. Highly recommended.

We only ate at this restaurant for the breakfast and the buffet was delicious! Quite a variety of western and Asian options. The Sunday Buffet though is something not to be missed. Incredible bounty of food that took you on a gourmet tour around the world.

If you are staying at the Westin, I would recommend having breakfast at the Terrace instead of the executive lounge ( if your room is on the executive floor) since breakfast at the lounge is only average ( as example no fresh eggs on demand, no cheese selection...), The Terrace offers also a daily buffet lunch with a perfect selection... One of the best parts of the Westin was coming down in the morning when I took advantage of the breakfast buffet which was included in my rate. There, I enjoyed a potpourri of extravagant foods with cordial service, although on a couple of occasions the waitress took a rather long time to bring my coffee. Highlights from the buffet... More

The Terrace is a lovely restaurant which is also the main breakfast area. There is extensive range of quality food catering for all people, fresh fruit juice combinations are amazing, the Japanese style breakfast is also very tasty. It has a lovely atmosphere looking out onto gardens. The main chef there is very friendly and courteous and goes out of... More

Daniel Jäger is an outstanding Chef, he really made my stay at the Westin enjoyable because I would look forward to knowing he would be making me a unique dish. I have a few allergies and requirements being a vegetarian, whilst other restaurants struggled in general - Daniel and The Terrace made me new dishes and items which all tasted... More

We went there for our "breakfast package" during a 5 nights stay at the Westin hotel. Good buffet breakfast, but the staff is overly rigid and not particularly attentive, to the point that sometimes it looked like they were doing you a favor. No matter what time we would go for breakfast, there would always be a queue: tables could... More

Thank you very much for choosing The Westin Tokyo and having breakfast with us and taking the time to write to us. We are truly sorry that you couldn’t have great breakfast on those days and had such a disappointing breakfast due to our lack of hospitality. We would like you to know that we take your concerns seriously and... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
