Yes it's a very expensive night out - around $800 per person for the full dego including wines, but it's a once in a lifetime-style experience. Beautiful building and intimate ambience, faultless and professional service, and immaculate food combinations. A focus on seafood and fresh salad elements, it's an amazing assault on the palate that leaves you reeling. Wow!

we visited the restaurant for the second time with our 5 yo girl and for the first time with our 6 mo babygirl. with kids you are not allowed to dine in the restaurant but - even better - in the private salon with great view to the surrounding area and with your own serviceteam. the menu was perfect and... Decided to dine at the restaurant after seeing it from our hotel room every night. We were unable to book a dinner reservation so opted for Lunch instead. The menu is pure genius. Lunch Prix Fixe included 2 Amuses, Caviar in an egg, Main - we had fish/abalone and beef/foie gras, Cheese tray and a Dessert cart.

This was such an amazing experience. Luckily we had a Japanese friend who was able to get us a table here, you usually have to book a year ahead. Fabulous food and wine selection, worth all the money you pay. Nice ambience (very French). Great!

Absolutely blown away by the whole experience. My wife and I took my mum who was visiting us here for a special birthday lunch. From the moment we stepped inside to the moment we left everything was impeccable, the decor, the staff, service and of course the food. I had never tried Michelin 4 star before, but I can see... Over-the-top décor, but excellent service and even better food. We were not disappointed. We were over full, however! Be hungry -- very hungry!

Visited Le Chateau Joël Robuchon in celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary only to [almost] relish in one of the finest culinary experiences available anywhere. At the outset, one arrives at a magnificent 'French' chateau with no attention to detail spared either externally or internally. This only served to enhance the evening's fare. The tables are large, opulent and well... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
