Was expecting it to wow me. It was just ok for a coffee and cake break after all that shopping. The chocolates are pretty good and impeccable service.

With only a few exclusive outlet worldwide, Gucci Cafe is that one cafe in particular i visited most frequent...what could be better than to take a break after a long day of retail teraphy at Ginza than having a cup of coffee and Gucci Chocolate...i love the interior and the ambiance...very exclusive definitely a great place to hang out with... There isn't much such luxury cafes we can get around our own country, hence we never missed the opportunity to drop by at this cafe when we were in Japan last month. Seriously speaking, I wonder why the sales personnels at the boutique look so snobbish. They only greet but are not genuinely nice. Is fine....we only went there for... More

Ordered a cake and cappuccino. Cake came after 5-6 mins but had to wait a further15 mins for my drink. Swamped with useless staff who forget the customers. Overpriced but a place to be seen I guess. Never again! #plasticcafe

When we settled in the cafe, my husband and I were expecting a hearty dinner after all that walking. Unfortunately, there was limited variety of items. Mostly light fare and the food was just okay. It was also quite pricey but one cannot expect anything less with Gucci. Then again, after all that walking, it was a relaxing and quiet... More

Chic, classy and not that pricey. Great place to hang out with friends over coffee and cake. Waiting time is a little bit long (especially during lunch or brunch) but the wait is worth it. Highly recommended to those visiting Ginza and would like to rest after making the rounds of shopping in the area.

My 2nd day in Tokyo, I was suffering from severe stomach pain. I usually abhor taking medications, but the cramping pain was so bad, even I had a hard time muscling through. We stopped at a Lawson's for some pain meds, but that didn't nothing to soothe my stabbing stomach. Still, my friend managed to get me to Ginza, where... More

It was a nice cozy cafe catering for higher class customers. It is located above the Gucci outlet in Ginza. I was disappointed as i was hoping for an outdoor view of Ginza in that cafe. The drinks and desserts was priced above average but it will only be worth it if there was a view from the cafe.
