Must tries are the guinea fawl and the langoustine, with an excellent cheese selection. The Japanese strawberries with dry vermouth are an excellent desert as well!

Booked at Signature for 2 for NYE dinner and was not disappointed. Surprisingly, wasn't crowded and had a great view of Tokyo. Food and service was excellent. For NYE only, Signature has one pre-fixed menu; everything was delicious. This is a good choice for NYE...More

Elegant, with superb view. Many ingredients are from Japan, such as fish from Tsukiji and kuroge wagyu from Kyushu, and some are imported from France. The quite subtly flavoured dishes have a modern touch and are beautifully presented – examples are foie gras ravioli, and...More

This is a feast for all the senses. Excellent food, with a menu leaning towards Japanese sensibilities (a lot of fish), prepared with French passion and flair. The full tasting menu is a revelation - one of the few times I've eaten eight courses and...More

We were sad to miss Noma chefs visit which moved on recently and were worried quality might consequently be lower and as a hotel restaurant in a city of superb restaurants may fail to reach the standard we'd like but fears were completely unfounded.  An...More

Initial booking in this restaurant was made as a consequence of the unavailability of the Sushi restaurant in the same hotel, but we didn't regret our decision. Dinner was in many respects amazing : efficient service, most of the staff worked in France, in some...More

Excellent food, great dishes, almost perfect service, breathtaking views over the skyline of Tokyo and, if you are lucky, to the mount Fuji. At the end of the dinner our bottle of white wine didn't find the way to the cooler : not cool. Nevertheless...More

Lovely view, perfect table setting, very Michelin, keen to impress. Unfortunately the food never hit the right note for me. To begin average canapés which were bland, then to follow, the little freebie A broccoli mousse, okay. Good bread. I never got to taste my...More

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
