Arrived very late at the hotel and all other venues were closed. Located in the main lobby, it was a pleasure to order a Japanese style burger and beer. Excellent and qui k service, just what i needed after a long flight and travel to Tokyo

Typical small dishes available for lunch or dinner. A mixture between japanese dishes and international dishes. All is good, but somewhat pricy. However, that is the general level in The New Otani Hotel, which is a luxury hotel - and the prices are high. Outside the hotel in the Akasaka Mitsuke area close to the Metro Station there are many... More

Late night club sandwich was excellent. Good quick service, not cheap especially a cup of tea, but good location in the lobby. for families with children, couples/singles, it was convenient, especially after a long day sightseeing.

This was the largest of the places serving breakfast and also the one that opened earliest at 6 am. We found this had the most choice of different foods for breakfast, in fact so much it was rather overwhelming and the Japanese stuff was distinctly different and I didn’t find it that tempting. I had a good look but the... More

My husband and I stayed at the New Otani Main over seven nights and breakfast was included in the price of our room. We loved Satsuki’s breakfast buffet so much that we ate there five of the seven mornings, and brought his brother and our sister-in-law for one of those breakfasts. The buffet is massive – if you look at... More

I met colleagues here for dinner. As a vegetarian, there was not much choice for me. I did eat cheese pizza which was okay. My colleagues enjoyed their traditional Japanese dinner.

Stayed here for four nights. Has the breakfast each day. Great choice and good atmosphere. Choose between western and traditional Japanese. Mix and match! Omelette station without queues! Didn't feel crowded although some days had queue as early as 7am. Loved it all.

During my last visit I thought that overall quality of food was not as good as my previous visits. Decoration also so so.

I ordered the prix fixe early dinner. The mushroom soup was excellent but served too hot, where I burnt my tongue. The grilled pork was tasty and the strawberry shortcake from Patisserie Satsuki was wonderful. I was seated outside the normal dining area and felt like I was in the kitchen with the noise. The waiter never checked on me... More
