On our way back to the "Cascate delle Marmore" (recommended) we stopped in this charming restaurant in a small street of this pretty medieval town. Nice service by the owner, we had a light lunch and the trouts were very good.
We had breakfast here our first morning but basically just a continental breakfast. Small amount of yogurt & little fruit & some croissants & then sweet pastries.

First off, Scheggino is charming. There are several promising looking restaurants in a well kept village with a nice piazza, a truffle museum, and the fast flowing river that runs through, offering a white water rafting experience for those so minded.
