When in Spain eat Tapas but here they are a little more Gourmet. Some tradition dishes with a twist and some new exotic plates. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the restaurant is very modern and fresh. With all of the above you...will be happy to know that it doesn’t come at a cost either. It’s very well priced.More

I have visited La Jaira on four occasions now and it has never disappointed. The food is spectacular. Local produce prepared with great talent and expertise. You just have to look at the plate to know you are in for a delightful taste sensation. Demian...and his wonderful staff add further to the experience with their friendly efficient service and attention to detail. Please do not be in a hurry to eat at La Jaira, take your time. Soak in the atmosphere and offerings. You will be very glad you did.More

Where do I start…..this is a very special restaurant on so many levels. Firstly the staff are exceptional-the service is slick, professional yet extremely friendly. You can tell they take real pride in their work and are extremely passionate about the food. Now the food...is just WOW!!!! We had four tapas dishes to share between two; poke salad, tempura octopus, cheese fondue and the goat moussaka and they were all incredible! We also had the goats cheesecake to share for dessert and that was also sublime. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, it was just a superb experience!More

We ordered the poke salad with prawns and the tuna burger which is more of a squishy tuna Mayo in between puff pastry. The service was great and really accommodating. We prob would have liked the food to have a bit more flavour but overall...good and presentation excellentMore

Recommend by taxi driver. Fantastic knowledgeable owner, great service and stupendously good food. I’m a bit of a salad dodger, but the spinach and chicken salad was the best I have ever had. Tuna burgers, croquettes and goat followed, all great, with some unexpected tasty...twists. So wish we’d ventured into Puerto Del Rosario earlier on holiday.More

Staying in Caleta and it was our first visit here....hopefully not our last. Absolutely amazing food. Could not fault a single dish. Servers are super friendly and explain everything about each dish. We had the croquettes, octopus, breads with olive oil and salt, ribs with...honey, entrecote with red wine sauce and pork cutlets. Every single dish was perfect. Highly recommend and hope we manage to squeeze in another visit before we go home.More

Great lunch of mixed bread served with three different olive oils (goat cheese, rosemary and garlic and spicy chilli/ along with 3 sea salts, crispy prawn poke bowl, tempura octopus, and goat moussaka, white wine (Verdejo) Cracking lunch in a restaurant out of the tourist...areas, quirky, modern with excellent customer service. (More restaurants need front of house like La Jaira!) They also do a menú del día for €12 for 3 courses and a drink. Watch out for the green lines outside, as the only downside was we got a parking ticket!More
